So three fingers below your belly you may even want to look up to raise your throat and exhale Beautiful check in with your body see where the tensions are and Then allowing yourself to breathe into those parts that hold tension right now breathe in focus on one location arms up drawing a circle around you and exhale expand expand into this planet the symbiotic planet a planet that is authentic as It actually is Now I want you to breathe now into your essence into your infinite being breathe in You might want to draw and hold your pelvis your room and your heart Let's show you pelvis room and heart and Then breathe in and you draw it up and then exhale Now breathe in again drawing your essence up and Then expand bigger than the planet So as you close your eyes imagine yourself expand bigger than this planet and let that grow into those corners Beautiful Now taking a deep breath in again Now this time you can run your fingers through your sex and run it upwards So drawing that creative energy upwards into your belly into your heart into your throat and Then move and then even caressing your face and your forehead so you can bring that up Beautiful up into the sky now expand that energy bigger than the solar system beyond the solar system and Don't let that Cycle all the way back to you again.

So do that again one more time breathe in really giving yourself and your essence that care and love as you draw up and Starting to allow yourself to expand really trusting that being expanded and big is okay at being big in your essence and Now closing back up now run your fingers through Up Now I want you to expand bigger than the universe And just imagine all this energy of yours and your essence Expanding filling every part of this earth and the planet and the universe and solar system Actually solar system expand all the way out.

You might need to take a deeper breath in order to go far So you might just draw it up again pelvic region your sex your belly button your heart your throat your face and I'll expand bigger than the solar system.

Move exhale bigger than the universe Beautiful in the next breath same form breathe in Now I want you to expand bigger than is something we call the multiverse all of the universes Wow the multiverse Multiverse so big Now Good Beautiful and the next one drawing up from your sex into your pelvis bloom belly heart chest throat forehead Expand bigger than the beyond diverse.

So basically the Universe is beyond the multiverses and expand beyond that There you go Now,

I want you to really see yourself in a space of whatever your subconscious your mind's it Not even your mind beyond your mind your your sensation your intuition can experience.

So I want you to breathe into that now and In your breath collect the energy of all of the decisions that have locked down your weight It's very big and very heavy use your palms to sense Where that is and using the same breath breathe in and Hold that it might be a big energetic ball in front of you all the decisions and you know that you've made that contained your weight to this size And I want you to make a big circle around all of these decisions And then whenever you're ready Compact it into a small ball All right,

And then we're gonna throw it into the pile and to pile outside the universe that is only penetrable Well,

We open it and then it is one-way street So one two three and breathe in and in the exhale throw it like a basketball Into that pile in the solar system that we set for it to go We're gonna do it again So what are all the decisions you've made before this time and in the future and even just all the decisions You've made in your entire life about your weight breathe in Get all that energy and just trust that your subconscious mind and your body knows exactly where it is So just pull it out wherever that may be Breathe using your breath to collect it.

So think about all the judgments tune in feel all the judgments Open up your body and just let your body show you all the energy of all these Fucking judgments that have been made about your weight breathe in Collect them into in front of you And then tune in again all these Judgments Annoying and inhibiting Mean All these judgments yourself others everyone whoever Judgments about your size just turns about your weight judgments about your chin judgments about Oh Your health and your ability and your capability and everything breathe in and feel those judgments Feel those judgments put them right in front of you Exhale now,

What are all the judgments in your entire life until now?

What are all the judgments run through your legs run through your pelvis?
