Hello,
Welcome to a midday meditation.
This is Hattie.
Allow yourself to sit in a seated position or you can even do a Shavasana,
Lying down on your mat midday,
Taking a deep breath into your heart and pelvis region.
Reconnecting to the center of your second chakra or your dantiana or your seat of activation and lightness.
Breathing in.
Allowing all resistances to fall away in your exhale.
Taking a deep breath in again,
Connecting to the deepest depths navel to belly.
Breathing in.
Elongating your spine,
Your neck,
Shoulders down.
Breathing in.
And as you exhale allowing all procrastination,
Worries and stresses to melt away down your shoulders,
Around your armpits.
Watch that travel down the sides of your body.
Breathing in.
And let that float away,
Relaxing your knees,
Straightening out or putting a tension releasing all the tensions in the joints.
Breathing in.
And as you exhale,
Release,
Relax all the parts of you that don't need to be activated in order to be in an optimal posture,
Position.
Taking a couple deep breaths here to notice and take note of what energies are in your mind and your body and with every exhale release them no matter how far they are in their voices.
Breathing in.
So release and vaporize these thoughts.
Breathing in and out.
Notice.
And exhale release and vaporize tension in the mind and in the body.
Inhale fill your body up again.
And exhale release letting your body fall all the way into the ground.
Lengthen your breath.
And allowing each part of your body to relax.
Exhale release.
Breathing into your throat.
Exhale release.
Breathing into the back of your throat.
Shoulders.
Exhale let it all go.
All the burdens and the expectations and the fears.
Breathing in.
Nice long deep breaths.
Exhale releasing anything getting in the way of your actions that you want to be taking today.
Exhale.
Breathing in.
So anything that might come in the way of procrastination or coming in the way of completing your goals.
For you to feel accomplished today.
Vaporize in your exhale.
Breathing in again deep long breath.
Vaporize release.
Allowing yourself to scoop up any and all thoughts and sounds and wonderings that you have or any sensations that you're sensing.
Breathing in and out.
Watch it.
Visualize it.
Vaporize.
Breathing into your lower back and kidneys.
Noticing them.
Open your thighs and your hamstrings.
Breathing in.
Continuing to keep the structure.
Ribs in,
Belly in,
Spine breathing in.
Allow yourself now to call into the energy,
The frequency and the awareness that you and your body can be.
To fully embody the you that has already created the future you desire.
Receive that vision,
Feeling inside your body now.
Receive.
What's the energy,
Frequency and awareness that you and your body need to fully receive recovery for your physical body.
Healing and relief.
Breathing in,
Receive.
Say receive if you do receive.
Allow yourself to allow the frequency,
Energy and awareness that you and your body can be to move along the flow.
Surfing the flow that is here to guide you.

What can you be to be 100% self-empowered,

Frequency and awareness your body and you need to be 100% powerful,
Action taking,
Clear and decisive in the aligned choices that you're going to be making right here right now.

Feel that breath travel throughout your body and your hips and your Achilles heels and your toes.
Release in your neck and shoulders.
What's everything in the way of choosing this and in the way of perceiving this,
Perceive that as energy.
I choose to destroy and uncreate this now.
Yes,
I choose that.
And see all that energy that's in the way,
Shrink it down and explode it,
Vaporize.
And feel that shake out of your body.
Do little shaking motions like a churning digestive processor,
Food processing motions.
Now body,
Being,
Infinite being.
Jump,
Join and align to the nearest contributive reality in the nearest timeline right here,
Right now.

And then inhale all the energy,
All the motivation,
All the spring of life right into your body,
Breathing in.
Stretch your legs to the front,
Arms to the top.
Big stretch.
Wiggling your toes and your fingers,
