I am a certified clairvoyant energy reader and a visual artist and a meditation teacher.
I'm happy you're here.
This is a 10 minute guided meditation to release creative blockage and we all get into that sometimes.
And we can do this meditation even if we're not feeling blocked but just to move some energy if we need to move some energy.
So take a moment get nice and comfortable.
If it feels good to sit in a cross-legged position go for it.
If it feels better to sit with your feet flat on the ground to sit in a chair or even if you need to lie down today that's all right.
But take a deep breath.
Start to invite your full self here.
You can imagine a magnet above your head as you breathe long and deep that magnetizes your full self into this moment.
Breathing and arriving.
Being friendly with yourself as you come into this space.
And you can let everything that happened before this moment or anything that you're anticipating in your day just release.
Say hello.
Today is a new day.
This moment is a new moment.
And as you arrive you can feel yourself supported by whatever you're sitting on.
Connecting yourself to present time.
And just bring some awareness.
How you feeling?
How's it going in there?
Is your space calm?
Is it tight?
Is there excitement?
Anticipation?
Is there space for you to just rest in the moment?
And just in the here and now let whatever it is that you are aware of be okay.
If you have thoughts coming up that's all right.
Just bring yourself back to this moment.
And I'd like for you to imagine a big beautiful colorful bubble out in front of you.
And this bubble is also magnetic.
And it can travel around you just drawing out anything that you're ready to release.
This bubble can go in front of your belly.
It can travel around in front of your heart.
It can move in front of your throat.
And just let this bubble pull out any stuckness.
Maybe you see it as shadow.
Maybe you feel it as tightness.
Let this big beautiful bubble travel to any place where you could use a little extra space.
And simply allow this bubble to just draw out anything you're ready to release.
You can invite this bubble to the back of your head,
Your neck,
Between your shoulder blades,
Your lower back.
Take your time and breathe long and deep.
Let this big beautiful bubble reset your energy.
And when you're ready,
You can send that bubble off.
And simply invite it to pop.
And then bring your awareness back to yourself.
And create another big beautiful golden bubble above your head.
We released so much energy,
Releasing any tightness or tension.
And now we get to fill in.
So fill this bubble in with bright beautiful golden energy.
Fresh energy that belongs to you.
Spacious energy that is set to the frequency of your own perfect timing.
And just invite this golden bubble to pour down into your body,
Into your being.
Replacing any limitation,
Any tightness with open channels.
With clear,
Fresh energy.
With limitless potential.
Giving yourself your own energy so you have more space to be who you are.
Setting the tone of your day refreshed,
Refreshed,
Healthy,
Vibrant,
And alive.
And when you're ready,
You can go ahead and stretch.

Take a moment,
Be gentle with yourself.
Maybe you heard that.
It was a deep,
Beautiful snort from my doggie.
It's always good to giggle.
It's good to set ourselves free in the moment.
And give yourself permission to be curious in your day.
If anything comes up as limitation or a sense of being blocked or tight,
Remember you can always come back to your bubble.
You can let it go and you can replenish.
