Find a comfortable seated position or lie down.
Once you've found the most comfortable position for you at this time,
Take a big breath in and then very slowly,
Gently let it all go.
Allow yourself to settle into your space.
Feel the support underneath you.
Connecting inward and allowing everything else to drift away.
Know that you've done enough,
You are enough,
And all is well.
And that by taking this time to yourself,
You will be able to give more of yourself.
Start to connect with the expansion of your belly as you inhale.
And gently taking your navel towards your spine as you exhale,
Letting all your air go.
Feeling the length of your spine,
Your hips nice and heavy.
And soften your entire body.
Let the eyes be very heavy and all the muscles of your face relax.
Notice which one of your breaths is longer.
Either the inhales or the exhales.
Focus on making them about the same length.
Notice the space in between breaths and what it feels like to linger there.
Taking in more air with every inhale and letting go completely with every exhale.
Inhaling in all that you need with your inhale and exhaling all that you are ready to let go of.
Inhale.
Take a deep breath.
And exhale slowly,
Gently.
Emptying completely.
Body softens even more.
Connecting with the rhythm of your heart.
Let's take one final breath in together.
And exhale release.
Namaste.
