Welcome.
This is your space to pause,
To reset,
And to return to yourself.
There's nothing you need to solve right now.
Nothing you need to figure out.
No one you need to be.
Just arrive as you are.
Take a moment to get comfortable.
You can sit or lie down.
Whatever allows your body to feel supported.
And gently allow your eyes to close or soften your gaze.
Begin by noticing your breath.
No need to change it yet,
Just observe.
Notice where it lives in your body.
Is it shallow or deep?
Fast or slow?
Just noticing.
Now gently invite your breath to deepen.
Inhale slowly through your nose and exhale softly through your mouth.
Again,
Inhale and exhale letting go.
One more time.
Inhale feeling your lungs and exhale releasing any tension you don't need to hold.
Now allow your breath to settle into a natural rhythm.
Slow,
Steady,
Easy.
Bring your awareness to your body.
Notice the points where your body makes contact with the chair,
The floor,
The bed.
Feel the support beneath you.
You are held.
Now gently scan your body from the top of your head down to your forehead,
Your jaw.
Allow your jaw to unclench.
Your tongue to soften.
Let your shoulders drop just a little.
Notice your chest,
Your stomach,
Your hips.
And if there's any tightness,
No need to force it away.
Just notice and soften around it.
Continue down through your legs,
Your knees,
Your feet.
Let your whole body feel just a little heavier,
A little more supported.
Now bring your awareness back to your breath.
We're going to gently guide your system into a more regulated state.
Inhale for a count of four.
Two.
Three.
Four.
And exhale for a count of six.
Two.
Three.
Four.
Five.
Six.
Again,
Inhale.
Two.
Three.
Four.
Exhale.
Two.
Three.
Longer exhale signals safety to your body.
Continue at your own pace.
With each exhale,
Your body softens.
With each breath,
Your system slows down.
If your mind begins to wander,
That's okay.
Gently bring it back to your breath.
Nothing has gone wrong.
You are simply returning.
Now imagine placing everything that's been on your mind,
Your tasks,
Your responsibilities,
Your concerns.
Place them gently beside you.
Not gone,
Just set down.
You don't need to carry everything all at once.
Feel the space that creates.
Feel the lightness.
Now bring your awareness back to yourself.
Right here,
Right now.
In this moment,
You are safe enough to pause.
And from this place,
Clarity can begin to return.
Now gently ask yourself,
What is one thing that truly matters next?
Not everything,
Just one.
Allow the answer to arise without force.
Trust what comes.
This is how you move forward.
Not from overwhelm,
But from alignment.
Take a breath and anchor that clarity into your body.
