A simple 20 minutes practice which aims at practicing relaxation and concentration. This is a guided exercise with no reference to religion or traditions. We will use two breathing technics: The six breaths in a minute (5-second inhales/5-second exhales) which need no prior training and the alternate nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhan which can be found online if you are new to it), a common breathing technique with an 8-4-8-4 rhythmic breathing.
