Good evening,
It's Marcella here.
Here we are at the end of the day and I want to guide you through reviewing and evaluating the food choices that you made today and really celebrating the places where your food choices felt wise and congruent and then lovingly looking at the places where they might have been less congruent or maybe you feel like you just outright blew it.
Either way,
Let's do some tapping to make tomorrow an even better food day.
Okay,
So I want to invite you to start by placing one or both hands on your heart and let's take three deep conscious breaths together.
Let's go ahead and do that.
So I'm placing my hands on my heart.
Let's take a few breaths.
And while you are here with your hands on your heart,
I want to invite you to just review your food day from the moment you woke up.
Replay the day in your mind and just see yourself and the food choices that you made.
Perhaps you feel really good about the choices you made.
Perhaps you feel like there were some slippery places but they haven't been as slippery as they've been in the past.
Or perhaps you feel like you really just need to take a complete fresh start.
No matter what your food choices were,
Let's do some tapping and ask for divine help in making tomorrow an even better food day.
So starting tapping on the side of either hand.
Feel free to use my words if they resonate with you.
And if not,
Please feel free to substitute your own.
And as always,
Taking full responsibility for your own well-being.
Even though I'm reviewing the food choices I made today and go ahead and repeat after me.
And maybe I see some places where I feel really good about my food.
Or maybe I see some places where I could have made better choices.
Either way,
I love myself.
I accept myself.
I forgive myself.
And I celebrate myself.
Perfect.
Excellent.
Okay,
Let's go to the top of the head.
I'm looking back at my food day.
And tapping inside the eyebrow.
Looking at the different choices that I made with my food side of the eye.
How I ate today.
Under the eye.
And perhaps there were some places where I see that I made excellent choices.
Under the nose.
I allow myself to feel really good about that.
Under the mouth.
I allow myself to totally celebrate.
Collarbone.
I allow myself to really,
Really appreciate myself.
Under the arm.
Or maybe there were some places where I was a little slippery.
Top of the head.
I didn't go totally down the rabbit hole.
Inside the eyebrow.
But my food choices could have been a little bit wiser.
Side of the eye.
Maybe I was feeling stressed or pressured.
Under the eye.
Maybe I was feeling rebellious.
Under the nose.
Maybe I just said,
Oh,
Who cares and completely caved in.
Under the mouth.
Whatever it was.
Collarbone.
I see it.
Under the arm.
I totally see it.
Top of the head.
I totally own and acknowledge it.
Inside the eyebrow.
And I claim progress,
Not perfection.
Side of the eye.
I want to hold myself with love in this moment.
Under the eye.
To ask for divine guidance.
Under the nose.
To release any shame or regret I feel about the food choices I made today.
Under the mouth.
I ask for divine guidance to support me in making tomorrow an even better food day.
Collarbone.
Whatever my food choices were today.
Under the arm.
If they were problematic in any way.
Top of the head.
They were only a failure if I didn't learn anything from them.
Inside the eyebrow.
So I choose to learn whatever it is I need to learn.
Side of the eye.
To forgive myself.
Under the eye.
To remember and appreciate that I am on a path of transformation.
Under the nose.
Which has to be broad enough to include my so-called mistakes.
Under the mouth.
I'm going to hand it all over now and let it all go.
Collarbone.
Allow myself to sleep in peace.
Under the arm.
Knowing that tomorrow I can take a totally fresh start.
Perfect.
Great.
Okay.
So let that go.
Take a nice stretch.
Take a sip of water if you've got one.
Shake out your hands if that feels good to you.
And then just check in again with yourself about how you feel now about the food choices you made today.
And feel free to use this tapping meditation as a guide to creating one using your own words.
Okay this is Marcella here sending you love.
Let me know in the comments section how this tapping guide is serving you.
And I'm wishing you a deep and peaceful night of sleep.
Night night.
