A nourishing guided visualization meditation. Let yourself get deeply relaxed as you are guided to release any tension and ground deep into Mother Earth. Allowing yourself to open up to the well of nourishment available to us at all times. This meditation will help you gently drift off to sleep feeling nourished and held.

Go ahead and get into a comfortable position.

Preferably laying down.

This is a great meditation and visualization to use to help you feel grounded,

Nourished,

And to relax you for deep sleep.

Start by taking some deep inhales through the nose and exhaling out the mouth.

With each intentional breath,

Imagine yourself becoming more and more relaxed.

Relaxing your neck.

Relaxing your face,

Your jaws.

Relaxing your shoulders.

Relaxing your hands.

Relaxing your chest.

Relaxing your stomach.

Relaxing your hips,

Your thighs.

Relaxing all the way down to your feet.

Just breathing into your body.

Completely relaxed.

Allow yourself to sink down into the floor.

I want you to start imagining yourself walking through the forest.

You're barefoot.

You're connecting with Mama Earth.

You feel supported.

The birds are chirping.

You feel safe.

You feel at home.

As you continue to walk,

You come upon this huge,

Beautiful,

Wise tree.

It just takes your breath away.

You stop at this tree.

You place your hands on it.

You connect with it.

You send it love and it sends you love right back,

Warming up your whole body.

Just sit in this exchange for a moment.

Sit in that frequency of giving and receiving love.

Feeling connected to the tree,

To the earth.

As you continue to receive this love,

You become very sleepy.

You decide to just curl up right in front of this tree to let it hold you.

You nestle down within its roots upon the earth,

Laying on a bed of moss.

As you lay here within the warmth of the tree and the moss,

You invite your spirit animal to come and lay beside you.

So go ahead and invite your spirit animal to come.

Don't think about it.

Just let it come to you.

Your animal makes its way right in front of you,

Laying down beside you,

Guarding you,

Protecting you as you rest.

I just want you to sit in this frequency of safety,

Knowing that you are completely held.

You are safe.

You are protected.

The longer you stay here,

The more nourished you become.

Let yourself fill up with this nourishment.

Let yourself be wrapped and held in this divine love.

The longer you sit or lay in this nourishment,

The more you can feel your body healing.

You are safe.

You are so nourished.

You are basking in this new,

Upgraded,

Illuminated self.

You're sinking deeper and deeper into this state of nourishment.

You are completely relaxed as you drift deeper and deeper into this sense of safety and nourishment and love,

Surrendering fully to nourishment.
