This is a meditation and clearing practice for womb holders who have experienced sexual trauma or have gone through an abortion. This meditation and clearing process will help you clear unwanted dense energy and gently guide you back into feeling safe in your body again. Many of us who have experienced both sexual trauma and/or had an abortion disassociate from our bodies as a trauma response. This will help deepen your relationship and awareness back into your body.

I invite you to get into a comfortable laying down position.

This is a visualization and clearing practice for anyone who has experienced sexual trauma or has had an abortion.

Once you have gotten into a comfortable position,

I invite you to start taking some deep breaths into your body.

It is safe to relax.

Feeling the tension release from your shoulders.

Breathing into your belly,

Releasing any tension or holding.

Feeling through your nose,

Feeling all the way up.

Feeling the expansion of your lungs,

Of your rib cage.

Feeling the oxygen feeding all of your cells and exhaling out of your mouth with a noise release.

Feeling two more deep inhales and exhales at your own pace.

Feeling the heaviness of your body as you continue to relax into the floor or the bed beneath you.

Let's bring our attention into our stomach and our room space.

Breathing into this space in our bodies.

And just taking note of what is coming up for you right now.

And it may be nothing.

A very common trauma response is dissociation.

So we feel numb.

We've become disconnected from our bodies.

That's why we have this practice.

To reconnect,

To gain clarity on what we need to heal and to release.

Breathing into our room right now.

Releasing any tension in your stomach.

Allowing yourself to take deep breaths into your stomach.

You are safe to relax.

You are safe to feel whatever it is that's coming up for you.

Breathing into our room.

If you're noticing that it's very hard for you to connect to this space,

I invite you to place hands on your room.

If that feels safe and good to you.

Maybe gently rocking your hips side to side.

Awakening some energy and movement into this area.

If this is your first time connecting to your room since your trauma.

Many things could be coming up for you right now.

And I invite you to pause this meditation right here and just sit with whatever it is you're feeling.

Finding yourself compassion and love for wherever you're at on your journey.

Breathing into our room.

What are you feeling?

Is it feeling dense and sticky?

Are you feeling nothing?

If any colors are coming through for you when you tune into your room space.

And just taking note each time you come back to this practice.

If those colors change.

Starting to envision a glowing ball of light energy inside of your room space.

This ball of energy is the highest vibration of love.

And start to imagine it sweeping side to side in your room.

Breaking up any of that trauma,

Any of that energy we're holding onto.

This ball of energy has the capacity to literally transform and transmute that energy that we're holding onto.

The guilt,

The shame,

The anger,

The sadness that we're storing in our room.

The grief.

Let this ball of energy absorb any of these emotions that are being held in your room.

Imagine this ball of energy moving all around inside of your body.

Improving all of this energy,

All of this stagnation.

Release.

Watch yourself release these traumas.

It's time to let go.

It's time to release.

Release this ball of energy,

Continues to move around,

Absorbing all of the negativity,

All of the anger that we're holding onto,

All of the trauma and pain.

Feel yourself become lighter.

Feel yourself without this weight.

What do you feel like without this weight and this trauma and this shame?

Feel the liberation that this brings.

Even if it is so subtle,

Allow yourself to feel lighter.

You do not have to carry this anymore.

Once you feel as if this light of loving energy has absorbed all of your trauma,

Imagine a calm coming from your root chakra,

Combing up through your womb,

Through your stomach,

Bringing with it this ball of energy coming up through your chest,

Your throat,

Coming all the way up and releasing this ball of energy out your crown.

And once again imagining a comb starting from the root,

Flowing up,

Combing with it any of this density,

Any of this trauma,

And allowing it to be released out of your crown.

Doing this as many times as you need to until you feel the shift of energy and the release.

Just breathing into our bodies,

Checking in.

How do you feel?

Do you feel lighter?

Really coming back to this practice as many times as necessary and just notice the shifts that occur.

Notice the weight that you can rid yourself of with this practice.

Giving yourself grace and love and compassion as many things will surface when we look inwards.

Know that you are safe and held.

I invite you to place one hand on your heart and one on your womb.

Breathing into your heart,

Breathing into your womb.

You are loved.

You are safe.

You are worthy.

You are worthy.
