Welcome here.
This meditation is for womb holders so that we may feel connected and safe and nourished.
Go ahead and find a position that's comfortable for you.
I suggest laying down as we will be going deeply into the body,
Into the womb space.
Taking some conscious breaths into the body,
Just relaxing.
Inhaling and exhaling out any stale,
Dense energy.
With each inhale growing more and more heavy.
Allow yourself to just sink down into this moment,
Into your space.
Relaxing your face,
Relaxing your neck,
Relaxing your shoulders,
Relaxing your back and your chest,
Relaxing your arms and your hands,
Relaxing your bellies.
I want you to bring your awareness on your heart space.
Our wombs and our hearts are directly connected.
Just bring an awareness into the heart.
Inhaling and exhaling into this space.
Feeling the energy increase as you become deeper and deeper connected to your heart.
Just basking in love.
Now bring your awareness on your womb space.
Breathing into this.
Maybe even gently laying your hands on your womb.
Your sacral chakra.
Consciously bringing the energy into your womb.
Notice what energy are you bringing.
Don't try to change it.
Don't try to make it be anything other than what it is.
Take note.
Perhaps you're feeling density.
Maybe you're feeling anger or sadness.
We hold so much trauma in our womb space.
Just meet whatever it is that's coming up for you with grace and love and compassion.
Breathing into this space.
Breathing in with love.
Let's start taking our awareness now deeper into the womb space.
Bringing your attention to the sides of your hips and your lower back.
Just fully being in this womb space.
Breathing into it.
Connecting.
At first you may notice that it's quite challenging to feel,
To even envision or connect with it.
And that's okay.
Just meet yourself where you are at right now.
And this is only an invitation to come back to this practice.
Numbness,
It's reversible.
We are all able to feel.
It's just a relearning that we must do.
Once we've connected on the outer side of the womb space,
I want us to start to go inside.
Feeling inside the womb.
Sometimes it helps connecting with spaces in our body with subtle movements.
If this feels comfortable and good to you and resonates,
Please go ahead and try.
Maybe gently moving your tailbone up and down.
Or rocking your hips side to side.
Micro movements.
Breathing into the womb from the inside.
Imagine every breath is illuminating your tissues inside of the womb.
I invite you to just sit and explore this space.
Don't become frustrated.
Just allow yourself to be exactly as you are right now.
Breathing into your womb.
Uncovering the potential numbness,
Perhaps the anger or the discomfort.
Just allowing it to be there.
Meeting it.
This practice of meeting ourselves,
Of awakening our womb space is so deeply needed and nourishing.
You are doing so good.
I am so proud of you for showing up for yourself in your womb.
For meeting yourself.
Breathing into this space.
Allowing yourself to sit a little longer with whatever discomfort comes up for you.
Breathing in.
Now I want to start and cultivate some love in our wombs.
So perhaps connecting back into your heart space,
Into love.
And then sending that energy into the womb.
Breathing into the heart and exhaling it and sending it into your womb.
I invite you to make noise with this.
Make noise with your exhale.
It is so luscious to be a woman.
To be a womb holder.
Inhaling into your heart,
Into love.
And exhaling into your womb.
Sending that juicy love into your womb space.
Feeling it illuminate you.
Feeling it light up your womb.
Allowing yourself to feel good in your womb.
To feel pleasure.
To feel alive.
Continue breathing into your heart and sending that love into your womb at your own pace.
Making as much noise as you are comfortable with.
The more and more you come back to this practice,
You'll notice the more comfortable you are with noise.
With opening up to your expression.
Inhaling and exhaling into your womb.
Feeling your womb full of love.
Full of passion.
Full of juiciness.
Let's do a few more breaths here.
I'd like you to go ahead and take your left hand and place it on your vulva,
On your yoni,
Your sacred portal.
Just notice how it feels for you.
Notice the temperature they are.
Notice if it feels uncomfortable or if it feels delicious for you.
Whatever it is,
It's perfectly all right.
As we breathe into our yonis,
I'd like you to just listen.
Our yoni has so much wisdom for us.
Oftentimes we've blocked our ability to hear what they want to express.
What they want to birth.
What they want to come forth into this world.
So right now,
Let's give it an opportunity to speak to us.

Where it's a sensation.
Or maybe you feel and you hear and you receive nothing and that is okay.
