Greetings.
Welcome to,
And so it is,
A guided meditation space that encourages moments of stillness,
Of ease,
And of returning home to ourselves.
My name is Anissa Amat,
Your meditation guide,
Fellow student,
And fellow human being on this journey through love,
Joy,
Healing,
And life.
Today's meditation will focus on arriving into our hearts.
It will focus on reclaiming the pure and true essence of our hearts,
Remembering that our hearts are a representation of life and of love.
If we can lessen the chaos and change the stories or the beliefs that our minds create,
Those limited beliefs,
And begin to allow our hearts to be our compass,
To guide us,
We have the power to experience divine reawakening and reconnection with ourselves,
With those we love,
And with the universe or the most high.
Let's begin.
I invite you to close your eyes or soften your gaze if that feels safer.
Begin by grounding yourself in a position that brings you comfort,
Perhaps sitting with an elongated spine,
Chest softly pushed forward or lying down,
Allowing your entire body to rest,
Or whatever is serving you and feels good to you in this moment.
Feel yourself becoming more grounded in the space that you're in,
Almost as if you're melting into yourself,
Allowing yourself to release any tension that has accumulated throughout your body,
Softening your face,
Releasing any tightness in your jaw,
Feeling a deep and intentional sense of relaxation here as you allow yourself to simply be,
To simply be with the natural stream of your breath as it flows through your body,
To simply be with the rise and fall of your chest.
Being with the natural rhythm of your breath,
Sinking deeper into this state,
Of relaxation that you are cultivating for yourself,
Allow yourself to step completely out of the sometimes chaotic landscape of your mind and into your heart,
And resting there with compassion,
And resting there with love,
Allowing yourself to rest there.
How does it feel to arrive in your heart?
And know there is nothing to fear here as you arrive.
There is nothing to resist here as you arrive.
Here there is only love.
There is only freedom.
There is only the ability and the will to nurture yourself.
How does it feel to arrive in your heart?
Allowing yourself to be with that feeling for a few moments.
Placing one hand on your heart,
Or both,
Or the other hand over your stomach,
Repeating the following words to yourself.
Here in the center of my being,
I am home.
Here in the center of my being,
I return to loving myself.
There in the center of my being,
I am home.
Here in the center of my being,
I return to words vibrate through your being,
Feeling as they wrap you in the warmest embrace.
Noticing what occurs within you.
When you speak these words to yourself,
Noticing any softening.
Noticing any vulnerability that rises within you.
Noticing the you that showed up here when you stepped into a different part of your being.
You have allowed yourself to reconnect with the highest version of yourself.
You have called them forward.
You have given them a seat at the table of your life.
You have welcomed them with open arms and an open heart.
Here in the center of my being,
I am home.
Here in the center of my being,
I return to loving myself.
And opening your eyes now or releasing your gaze.
Returning to the space that you're in.
When your mind becomes too chaotic or when life becomes too much because it will sometimes return here to your heart.
Know that it is always with you.
Seek stillness.
Seek comfort.
Seek belonging.
Seek love.
And remember,
Everything you need is within you.
ASHAY
