This bedtime meditation is all about snuggling into stillness. You're invited to take some bigger movement to start, tucking into an imaginary snail shell and then stretching out wide like a swinging monkey. From there, you're invited to find a comfortable, cozy shape where you can bring some gentle movement and stillness into your feet, legs, arms, trunk, and face. In this way, we say goodnight to your whole body, preparing for a restful sleep. Along the way, we notice sensations of warmth and coolness, as well as feelings of happiness and joy.
