In this practice, you'll be guided to notice what it feels like in your body when you are comfortable and relaxed. You'll bring to mind a picture, from your memory or your imagination, that helps you to feel really calm and at ease. This feeling is your inner glow. You can come back to this feeling anytime; it's yours. I'll invite you to bring that feeling with you through a body scan, noticing sensations in your body.
