Wonderful discussions on Awakening and various traditions as all describing the Infinite as expressing through us, how neurobiology is affected by the path of growth and awakening, neurons that fire together wire together and when they don't, they don't. The brain can always heal and change. One was concerned with living in an unkind world controlled by separation, astrological cycles affecting culture, awakening, healing, and miracles, why do people of light suffer with disease, how the rational mind can dismiss intuition, reconciling with an estranged, previously toxic parent, etc.

Great conversation as always. I’m bummed that I can’t make your live talks on Sundays. Grateful that you post a lot recording of them. I related to the layers. I’ve had to work through one layer before I can see what’s under that. and thank you for telling me your guru talk to you telepathically. How often get messages that way or sometimes it’s a couple of words but telepathically I hear the whole meaning of what they were communicating. I’m just now starting to trust that intuitive knowing. Lastly, I wanted to share with you last january my intuition suggested I work with a psychic Medium I know, cutting cords and clearing karmic contracts in this life. it’s been very intense work, but these toxic family members no longer trigger me. I found it interesting when the psychic Medium said I was not born into my soul family. That actually made so much sense to me. sending you so much love and light 🩵🦋💙🦋🩵🦋💙

Thank you for another excellent podcast. I appreciate you took the time to answer my question which helped to clarify things for me.
I am at the start of all the podcasts again, in the beginning I was hungry to hear a new one each day. Now I am listening over and over so it soaks in, each time I gain further insight.
When I saw you were doing another live podcast I wanted to listen to this one to hear again the valuable knowledge you shared.
For me when learning I find it helps to have the information presented a number of times, allows me to really absorb the message.
All that you lovingly share is so helpful, thank you from the bottom of my hear. Holding you in my thoughts with love and looking forward to the next live podcast.

I'm currently laughing my way through the book AWAKENED by your friend. It's the modern version of Search for a Secret India.
I've also been using the labeling technique described in this podcast and I'm finding it helpful. A way to be/with The Observer. I simply name what's happening instead of getting involved in it. Oh that's Sadness or that's Emotion. That's another Thought.. and then I move on the best I can.

Hi William, It was so nice to listen in to this recent event. There were a couple of issues which resonated with me:- OCD, I have found a neat way of dealing with it, that works for me. When I feel the need to check things, i.e. the stove, usually just before falling asleep, in bed, at night. I get up, go to the kitchen, stand Infront of the stove, concentrate, look at it, and say to myself, or out loud (not often out loud, as this would alarm my husband, having a wife who gets up in the night and talks to herself and the cooking stove, at the same time) 🥰 I look at the stove and concentrate and say" Patricia, you are looking at the stove, everything is OFF, you are looking at all the switches, they are all OFF, the stove is OFF". Incredibly, when I get back to bed sometimes I would be tempted to go and make sure - faulty brain wiring, I suppose. But I never give in by going and checking again. So now, before going to bed, I talk to the stove, and don't have to check again. I use the same method with other things. The trick is, to stand In front of the offending object and CONCENTRATE! and tell yourself , you are seeing it, it is safe. By doing this, it takes just the one check.
Jen's comment about her abusive mother resonated, strongly with me too. I was not entirely estranged from her, but lived my life away from her and her influence. When I reached 35 years old and after the birth of my daughter, I began to wonder about my mother's life when she gave birth to me. I understood that her life was traumatic when she was a young child. Her father was away and died during the first w.w. she was just 3 years old. When I was born 1941, she faced another trauma when her life was turned upside down, due to the 2nd w.w. I began to piece together the way life had treated her, rather than how life had treated me, through her. I began to change my perspective .It helped to soften me , a lot. During the last days of her life, she was 95 years old, when she passed away. I used to sit with her as she drifted in and out of consciousness. She was so near to death, but kept hanging on to life. Eventually, I took her hand and told her that she had done all she could for her children and that we were all safe and that it was time for her to 'go home and have a rest'. She opened her eyes and said "I love you, I have always loved you". I had never, throughout my whole life, ever heard her say to me "I love you". She passed away the following morning. Jen, maybe send her a birthday or Christmas card, with a simple best wishes message? Perhaps, write your email address on the bottom? See what reaction you get , and take it from there? Forgive me for my 'rant', but I feel, in my case,that it is so important for me and for her to be reconciled. My memory of my mother now, is her telling me that she loves me. Thank you William for all your teaching, you seem to bring out the best in everyone.🙏♥️❤️

Thanks so much, you’re always interesting and so valuable to listen to 🙏- a question: I’m practing my yoga (with deep connection to the breath and in silence and solitude) every morning and after that I go for a stroll with no agenda other than being in nature and connect with the elements and check that the horses are fine. I’m not good at sitting for longer sessions (only when I have my morning tea and practicing pranayama it’s a bit longer). I consider my yoga and strolls in nature to be my meditation - “should” I build a siltent seated practice also? ☺️🙏🧘🏼‍♀️
