Alright now,
For the next few minutes you don't need to improve anything.
You don't need to figure anything out.
You don't need to become anything else.
Just for now you can stop.
So take a slow breath in and let it fall out softly.
Good.
Now again a slow inhale and a soft exhale.
Now let your breathing return to normal.
There's no effort,
Just notice you're here,
Right now,
Not in the future,
And well not in the past,
Just here.
And in this moment nothing is actually wrong.
Now there might be thoughts,
And well there might even be feelings,
But those,
Well,
They're moving.
They come and then they go,
But something else is here underneath that.
It's still,
Quiet,
Unchanged.
You don't have to create it,
Because,
Well,
It's already here.
So instead of trying to fix anything,
We're just going to notice.
So bring your attention to the breath,
In and out.
There's nothing to change.
Now notice your body,
The weight,
The contact,
The feeling of well being supported.
This is already happening.
No effort is needed.
Now notice your thoughts,
They may still be there,
And well that's okay,
Just let them come,
And then let them go.
You don't need to follow them.
You don't even need to solve them.
Just let them pass,
Like clouds moving across the sky.
And you,
You are the sky,
Unchanged,
No matter what passes through.
So just stay with that.
And now notice this,
Even the feeling of something is wrong.
It's just another thought,
Another sensation.
It appears,
And well,
Then it fades.
But you,
You're still here.
You're not damaged.
You're not even broken.
Just aware.
And awareness,
Well,
It doesn't need fixing.
It's already whole.
So for the next few moments,
Just rest as that.
No effort.
No trying.
Nothing to become.
Just sitting as you are.
If your mind pulls you back into problems,
Well,
That's okay.
Just gently remind yourself,
Not right now.
And then come back to this moment.
Back to the breath.
Back to the body.
To the simple feeling of being here.
Because right now,
You're okay.
Not because everything is perfect.
But because you're here.
Aware.
And nothing about that needs to change.
So,
Take one more slow breath in.
And then let it go.
And just rest as you are.
Good night and namaste.
