Welcome.
Take a slow breath in and then let it go.

Just sit here for a moment and allow the day to begin gently.
So take another breath in and slowly breathe it out.
Feel your body where it is.
Feel the weight of yourself being supported.
The ground beneath you.
The quiet strength already here.
You don't have to force the day to be good.
You don't have to wrestle it into shape.
You can meet it one breath at a time.
One moment at a time.
One step at a time.
Now gently bring your attention to your chest.
Not forcing anything.
Just noticing.
And imagine there's a small steady light there not a huge dramatic light,
Not some winding spiritual firework show.
Just a small,
Honest flame.
Quiet.
Warm.
Steady.
This is your center.
This is the part of you that can stay calm,
Even when the day gets loud.
This is the part of you that remembers.
Remembers you've handled hard days before.
You've made it through confusion before.
You've walked through pain,
Pressure.
Disappointment and uncertainty before.
And here you are.
Still breathing.
Still here.
Still capable of breathing this day.
So take a slow breath in as if you're feeding that little flame and then breathe out letting your shoulders soften a little more and again,
Breathing in and out.
And then breathing out tension.
Breathing in steadiness,
Breathing out the need to control everything.
Today does not have to be perfect to be meaningful.
Today doesn't have to go your way to still teach you something.
Today doesn't have to be easy to still contain beauty.
You can have a good day even if one part of it is hard you can stay kind even if someone else is careless.
You can stay grounded even if plans shift.
You can pause before reacting.
You can breathe before speaking.
You can choose grace instead of letting the world drag you into its noise.
Now,
Silently say to yourself,
Today I will meet a life of steadiness.
Today,
I will notice what is good.
Today,
I will learn from what is difficult.
Today,
I will not abandon myself.
So take that in,
Not as some fake positive slogan.
Is a real decision.
A simple one.
A human one.
You're allowed to enjoy today.
You are allowed to expect something good.
You're allowed to move through the day with your head a little higher,
Your breath,
Well,
A little softer.
And your heart a little more open.
So take one more slow breath in.
Yeah,
Then let her go.
Feel yourself here present.
And ready.
So carry the quiet flame with you into the next room into the next conversation.
Into the next small challenge.
You don't need to know everything that will happen today.
You only need to remember this.
You can made it.
