Welcome,

Welcome to this short journey,

A reset for your mind,

Your body and your spirit.

So for the next 10 minutes,

You won't need to do anything.

You won't need to solve anything or prove anything at all.

Just allow yourself to be carried away.

Now,

Take a slow breath in through your nose and a gentle exhale through your mouth.

So again,

Inhale and then let go.

And with each breath,

You feel yourself arriving more fully into this moment.

And now,

Imagine a door in front of you.

This door is not ordinary,

It leads to a perfect sanctuary,

A place where your heart is always long for.

And as you step through,

You're initially transported into a breathtaking natural setting.

Perhaps you find yourself on a quiet pristine beach.

The sand is warm beneath your feet,

Soft and welcoming.

The waves move in a steady rhythm,

Whispering calm into the air.

Or maybe you're in a lush green meadow,

With mountains rising in the distance and wildflowers swaying in the breeze.

So,

Let your mind choose the place that feels most nourishing right now.

And now,

Take in a slow breath and then look around.

Notice the colors,

Notice the textures,

And notice the way the light touches the landscape.

Hold in sunlight scattering across the water,

Or a soft mist rolling over the hills.

Every detail is vivid and alive,

Created just for you.

And now,

Find a place to rest here.

Perhaps a hammock strung between two palm trees,

Or even a smooth rock beside a mountain stream.

Feel your body relax as you settle in,

And all tension begins to melt away.

And as you sit here,

You realize time itself slows.

In this space,

Ten minutes can feel like an entire afternoon of rest.

Every breath you take deepens the sense of freedom.

So,

Inhale peace,

And exhale release.

And you might even hear sounds around you.

The cry of distant birds,

The rustle of leaves in the wind,

Or even the gentle trickle of water.

Just allow each sound to cure you deeper into relaxation.

You're not imagining,

You're visiting.

This place is real within your consciousness,

And you can return here anytime.

So now,

Let's deepen this micro-vacation.

Bring your awareness now to your skin.

Feel the air brushing against you,

Perfectly comfortable.

And neither too warm,

Nor too cool.

And just notice how alive you feel,

And how safe you are here.

And with every breath,

Your body is recharging.

And with every breath,

Your mind is clearing.

It's as if an invisible hand of nature are smoothing away stress,

Softening every muscle,

And unclenching every worry.

And now,

Picture a small bag beside you.

This bag is weightless,

Yet it can hold everything you no longer need to carry.

So place into it any thoughts,

Responsibilities,

Or burdens that have been weighing you down.

Place them gently inside,

One by one,

And when the bag feels full,

Imagine setting it down beside you.

And then a wave comes,

Or even a breeze picks up,

And it's carried far away,

Dissolving into the horizon,

And you're now free.

So for these minutes,

There's nothing missing.

You are whole,

And you are restored.

So allow yourself now a few moments of pure silence.

Simply breathe and rest in your sanctuary,

While this time quiet for a few moments.

And as your time gently here comes to an end,

Know that this sanctuary is always within you.

The door is always there,

And any time in your daily life,

You can close your eyes,

Breathe,

And then return.

Ten minutes here can reset an entire day.

So take a deep,

Nourishing breath in,

And a slow breath out.

And begin to bring gentle movements back to your fingers and toes now.

Wiggle and stretch,

And slowly allow yourself to return to the room,

Carrying this sense of peace with you.

And then when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes and welcome back.

Good work today,

And Namaste.
