In this meditation, I will guide you to a space of calmness and peacefulness within yourself. Make yourself comfortable, grab a glass of water and join this guided meditation.

You're listening to Willow Soren and this is a grounding meditation for you to relax,

Find peacefulness inside and just be calm in your everyday life.

You can listen to this grounding meditation as many times as you want.

It will help you get focused on what is necessary for you to do and it will help you become calm and be able to make solid decisions around you and your life.

So we start with three deep breaths in through the nose and the exhales are also through the nose and a bit longer than the inhale.

So just start now and exhale.

Good.

Inhale and exhale.

And inhale and exhale.

Good job.

Now notice the surface that you're resting on.

Notice how your body feels against this surface.

So start from the top of your head all the way down your neck,

All the way down to your shoulders,

All the way down your spine,

All the way to your tailbone,

All the way out your legs and down to your feet.

Just sense this heaviness in your body.

Take another deep breath in and on the exhale just sink in even deeper into the surface.

Good.

Now take your attention to the center of your being.

The center of your being is right between your heart and your spine and there's this space,

This room there.

It's completely calm and peaceful.

This is where your essence is.

And you are now able to expand that area out.

So expand it out like a balloon all the way to your rib cage.

And expand it out a bit more so that you can sit inside of this cocoon of your essence.

You can give this essence a color if you like.

Mine is shining white.

So this egg-shaped cocoon of light,

Of your essence is here to be a barrier between you and the world.

Anything that is not serving you will be able to penetrate through this cocoon of bright light and energy.

So now take your attention back to the center of your being and you notice that there's this room there now.

And in this room it's like the walls are illuminating the entire room itself.

And you can decorate it any way you want.

This is your safe space.

So I suggest putting in a chair or a couch or something for you to rest on.

And in this room you can also put in pictures or plants or anything that makes you feel comfortable and at peace.

And at the center of this room you start to notice that there is a crack in the floor.

And in this crack you move closer,

You take your chair or your couch,

Put it right next to this crack in the floor and you just sit there looking at that crack.

And you start to notice that there is a tiny plant growing in that crack.

And it just becomes bigger and bigger and you start to notice that it is about to become a tree.

And you get excited about this tree growing in here.

And it reaches towards the ceiling and you start to notice that there really is no ceiling in this room.

There is just white light above your head.

And at the same time you kind of sense the roots going all the way down through earth.

And the tree grows and at some point it starts to become so big,

Like an old,

Old tree.

So you decide to sit up against the trunk of the tree.

And as you sit up against the trunk of the tree it is like you connect into the tree vertebrae for vertebrae.

So that you and the tree becomes one,

So you start to sense all of the roots going all the way down through mother earth.

And you allow your attention to move with it all the way down to the center of earth.

At the center of earth there is this big sphere of blue energy.

And you sense this deep,

Deep unconditional love.

As the root from the tree goes into the sphere and connects to this blue,

Healing,

Loving energy,

It starts to seep up into the roots.

All the way up to the tree and all the way up to you.

So this loving,

Kind,

Peaceful energy just seeps into you.

Into your entire being.

Into every cell and every cell starts to vibrate from joy and happiness.

And you have this warm sensation spreading in your entire body.

And at the same time the branches of this tree and all the leaves starts to unfold above your head.

So just allow yourself to get filled up completely with this tree,

With this energy of mother earth.

And sense the calmness,

The peacefulness.

And now as you are completely peaceful,

Completely filled up,

Vibrating with joy and peacefulness,

Being completely satisfied in your entire being,

You slowly get up from the tree,

Put your hands in prayer position in front of your heart,

Bend to the tree.

Thank it for its service and know that it will be here every time you need to ground.

Every time you need help to find your focus,

Find your peace,

You can connect in to this tree and know that all of that will be there.

Now slowly come back to this moment,

To this space,

To this time.

Start wiggling your toes,

Start moving your fingers,

Start stretching your arms above your head.

Yawn if you need to.

Good job.

And when you feel ready,

Come back to this moment,

To this place,

To this space and open your eyes.

Good.

Get something to drink,

Get something to eat if you're hungry.
