Welcome to this guided meditation called 8 minutes of abundance.
In this guided meditation I will guide you to the center of your being.
And from that space we will draw in abundance.
And in the process we will be pushing out anything and everything that is not serving you.
Creating this vacuum that automatically draws in everything that is here to serve you,
Everything that is here to guide you,
Everything that is here to create abundance in your life.
So let's begin.
Start by taking a deep breath in through your nose and as you exhale drop your attention down to the center of your being between your heart and your spine.
So take a deep breath in now and exhale,
Dropping your attention all the way down to the center of your being between your heart and your spine.
Good.
Notice the calmness,
The clarity,
The kindness in that center.
This is the home of your inner being,
The connection point to your higher self,
The connection point to your heart wisdom.
So just allow yourself to soften in that area and in a moment we're going to take another deep breath and expand that center out allowing this inner being to really stretch itself out to fill up your entire physical body.
While doing that you might want to move your body a bit around,
Stretch your physical body so that it leaves space for this inner being that wants to come out and guide you and be present in your life.
So take another deep breath in now and expand that center out.
Good.
Notice how it feels to have this calmness,
This clarity,
This kindness running through your entire physical body.
Notice how it pushes out and away anything and everything that is not serving you right now at this moment.
Good.
Notice how all of your cells are being filled up with this kindness,
This clarity,
This calmness.
Notice how joy starts to be present.
Maybe just a little speck at the beginning but just allow it to be whatever it is.
Good.
And in a moment we're going to take another deep breath in and expand out this inner being that fills up your entire physical body.
Expand it out so it fills up your entire energy body as well.
Your energy body is anywhere from one foot to nine feet away from your body.
So just allow it to expand out as far as it can go.
Take another deep breath in now.
And exhale and expand out.
Notice how you expanding out your inner being.
The calmness,
The clarity,
The kindness creates ripples around you affecting other beings around you.
Inspiring them to do this work on their own.
And on the next breath we're going to drop our attention right back to the center of being right between our heart and our spine.
So take a deep breath in now.
And drop your attention down.
And allow your whole body to become completely relaxed.
Like it's being pulled down into the surface that you're resting on.
Becoming heavy and relaxed and warm.
And notice how the joy starts to grow.
What might have been a small speck in the beginning.
Allow it to grow.
And notice how it puts a small smile on your face.
Good.
And now know that being in this state is your natural state.
This state is where you are able to make good decisions for yourself.
This state is where you see the true value of you.
This state is where nothing else matters but you.
And you know it's okay.
Now you've pushed out anything and everything that is not serving you right now.
And it leaves space for all of the things that do serve you to start to come into your life.
It might show up as being at the right place at the right time.
Getting that phone call that you did not expect out of the blue offering you something that you always wanted.
Meeting the right people.
Getting the right connections.
Know also that this can show up as seemingly your life falling apart but it's only things falling away that is not in your best interest.
Or experiences that will bring you what it is that you want and need in life.
So just allow all of that to happen and return to your center whenever you get frightened,
Whenever you feel uncomfortable in life.
Keep returning to your center.
Keep returning to clarity,
To kindness,
To joy.
Keep returning to your breath.
