Begin by making yourself comfortable,
Noticing your connection to the earth through your feet,
Your sits bones,
Or your back if you are lying down.
Invite your muscles to let go of tension they might be holding on to,
Allowing earth to support and nourish you,
Carrying what you have been holding in tension.
Allow your spine to be long like a river,
The crown of your head floating up to the sky even as gravity embraces and cradles your body from below.
Notice your breath,
Simply bringing awareness to the inhalation and exhalation as it shows up in your belly with your inhale bringing in fresh oxygen to your deep abdominal cavity and exhaling anything you don't need.
Inhaling next into your chest,
Fresh clean air and release what you don't need to hold near your heart.
Inhale into the crown of your head,
Your crystal palace and release any cobwebs,
Thoughts that do not belong there.
Bring your attention to a point in the center of your forehead,
Your heavenly eye and I invite you to open that eye to the north star,
A bridge of light connects your crown to Polaris supplying you with limitless support,
Unconditional love,
Freedom.
Allow this sweet energy into your crown,
Divine source energy from the seven stars of the big dipper which point to the north star,
Our spiritual source in the knee lineage of Taoism,
Pouring into your crown,
Filling,
Bathing and permeating your head.
This light pours down your neck into your chest cavity,
Filling,
Bathing and permeating your cardiovascular system,
Your respiratory system,
Thyroid and lymph glands,
Pouring down into your abdomen all the way to your sits bones.
This clear unconditional love light from the north star suffusing all of your internal organs,
Stomach and spleen,
Liver and gallbladder,
Intestines and colon,
Reproductive organs are all illuminated in your mind's eye.
All you are doing is allowing,
Not forcing but permitting this light that knows you and knows who you came to earth to be and wants nothing but to support you in fulfilling your golden road,
What you came here to do.
Let that light pour along your extremities all the way to your fingertips and toes,
Uncap those ten fingers,
Ten toes and allow anything you don't need to keep within you to evaporate away like smoke in the wind,
Replaced by the north star's light.
Let that radiance continue out beyond your skin,
Pinpricks of light through every pore and fill the space around your body,
Around two feet in every direction,
Suffused with starlight.
Notice the edges,
The shape,
The texture of your energetic shield where your energy ends and the rest of the cosmos begins,
Noticing if you need to invite and ask the north star's light to repair any incursions,
Snags or tears,
Not commanding but simply granting permission because this light wants to do nothing without your consent and only to support you.
And slowly bring your awareness back to the crown of your head,
Gathering your energy back into this upper celestial center,
An elixir field.
And on your next breath,
Gathering your energy into your heart space,
Your middle elixir field,
Condensed light,
A diamond even,
That you gather further deep into the space below your lower belly button,
Your lower belly and abdomen,
Radiant with light,
Condensed into a resource of vitality that you can draw upon.
And when you are ready,
Flutter your eyes open and bring your hands together,
Rubbing them together to create qi,
Vitality,
Life force,
And place them over your eyes,
Inhaling that warmth into your heart and with this warmth,
Allow yourself to return to your life.
