We will embrace self-compassion and celebrate the beautiful connection you share with your children You are valued,

You are cherished and you are more than enough just as you are Let us now embark on this transformative journey together This is your moment of peace and self-compassion Begin by finding a quiet and comfortable space where you can sit or lie down,

Allowing yourself to fully let go and relax Take a deep belly breath in,

Feeling the air,

Feel your vessel and fully exhale,

Letting go of any tension or negative thoughts This is your time to release the weight of mom guilt and embrace the truth that you are already enough just as you are As you close your eyes,

Imagine a warm gentle light surrounding you,

Radiating love and acceptance This light is here to remind you that you are doing your best and that is more than enough Let the light wrap around you like a soft embrace,
