Yes,
So if you can go ahead and close the eyes.
And let's take in.
These first few moments to settle.
Into your body.
Start to become aware.
And more of an inner awareness.
So what did you notice?
And just and being easy inside yourself.
Letting the body relax.
We're not looking for anything in particular.
Let go of any expectations.
Just simply.
.
.
You might notice different sensations or thoughts.
Feelings or tensions.
Those can be there,
No problem.
So it's the Lao,
Laoing.
All to be as it is.
As you start to.
.
.
Settle You might start to feel this sense of ease.
Even if there's tension or feel like something is kind of still have some momentum inside.
There's always this.
Sense of ease in the body.
It's fundamental.
To all animals.
Sense of ease.
Cats can just lie content.
Herds can be on a branch just.
Sitting.
There's this natural.
He's or well-being in the body.
I don't have to do anything to create it or generate it.
It's just there.
Our natural state.
Why we like to go on holiday because we feel it more.
Sense of ease.
And when we're or connected with this ease,
We notice the body.
More easily the sensation of the body,
The tingling.
Feel that,
You can feel the tingling.
In the hands.
This isn't to push away or try to ignore anything that's charge door.
Tense inside of us.
Those can be there too.
Just fully allow those.
Be aware of.
Several different things at the same time within us.
Tension,
Ease,
Sensation.
Spaciousness,
Stillness.
Feel the sensation in the feet as well.
Tingling or heaviness.
Groundedness.
And if you came in with something that was sort of wound up inside it,
It does take a little time for that to unwind to relax.
But it doesn't need to be fully relaxed before work.
At ease,
Present.
The hands,
The tingling,
The feet.
You might notice.
More stillness.
Or spaciousness.
Longer we do this,
The thoughts start to slow down.
Because we're not fueling them.
So much with our attention.
Feeling the feet.
Feeling the lower legs.
Connected with that inner sensation.
Sense of ease is still there.
Mind likes to fixate on things.
Sense of ease is still here,
Even if the mind is trying to fixate on something.
Feel,
Feel the sensation in your bottom.
In your thighs.
We're not creating it,
It's already there.
Comes to a point where you can be relaxed,
Be at ease with whatever's present.
Inside or outside.
Fully allowing.
Feel the ease and sensation throughout the whole lower body.
Feel it in your arms and your hands.
Fill in your face,
Your cheeks,
Your nose,
Your lips.
Whole body is becoming sensationally alive.
Start to feel a wholeness.
Rather than fragmented areas.
Start to feel this whole body sense.
Thanks.
All right,
Pleasant.
Sensation.
It's a very.
.
.
Nourishing quality to it.
Restorative,
This sensation,
This tingling,
This sort of this well-being.
Feel that,
Notice that,
That nourishing quality.
Restorative,
Regenerative.
To nourish it into these areas that perhaps feel a bit strained in the body.
Or it'd be a bit depleted.
Feel that nourish,
That tingling,
That sensation.
Working as a balm.
It's like warm sun.
Really nourishing these areas.
Really getting into the nooks and crannies.
Where they're needed,
Where it's needed.
In the body.
Part of the body's own.
Healing,
Restorative capacity.
So when you feel ready.
You can open your eyes.
