Let go of your to-do list let go of any conversations you've had this morning that's distracting you and just call your energy back so now just open up your crown chakra I'm gonna pull down the universal love energy through your center so it will come through your crown so just feel the energy coming through and in then out through the bottoms of your feet and it goes all the way to the middle of the earth so just feel the universal energy pouring down through you and out through your feet as you connect with the middle of the earth and just take a pause and take note of how you're connecting with this energy today its color maybe frequency or how are you sensing it good and just feel into the calmness of your own inner peace when you're connected in this space and just consciously connect with Mother Earth and you can feel her energy coming up holding your heart beautiful and just take note how it feels when you come into your own self in your own center grounded in this energy above and below and feel that you're the connection of it beautiful so the scenery has changed and maybe work with your senses how are you connecting with the energy maybe the ocean waves come first or you feel your feet on the sand or you see it in your mind's eye you can see the fast ocean where the sky meets the water and the waves are ever so softly hitting the shore and you look up to the sky and you see it's the night sky dark but bright with all the shining stars and when you look up something familiar calling your heart feeling of return home when you look at the stars above and you can feel the energy of the moon although you don't see anything because it's the new moon but you can feel the presence of her something is steering and you feel it in your mind's eye so as you look towards the water there's the reflection of the stars and you can feel the speckles almost in your third eye and just like that it opens your mind's eye and it brings you to a portal and just welcome in the vision that's opening up you opening you up to what do you see yourself creating in the next 12 months and it's okay if you don't see anything in your mind's eye like a vision it could just be dark space so just trust whatever that's being revealed to you it's what the moon is communicating with you right now what parts of you would you like to nurture more of in the next 12 months and feel the fire in your belly what is it that you want to create and birth in the next 12 months and what do you want to call in more of in the next 12 months is it more of love more joy more of well-being don't think too hard just allow whatever that's coming into your mind's eye it should be easy and quick when you work with your intuition and so the scenery has changed you're inside this cave of obsidian crystal it's like a mix of midnight blue and black and there's no opening in this cave it's enclosed but it's not dark as the crystal is reflecting the light of your soul you could put your hands on the crystal you could look closely into it it's like a little mirror and it's like a little mirror and reflects you in it but it's not how you would see yourself in the mirror you would see you in reflection in your energy so what do you see is it vibrant is it in any color what energy is showing you to nurture more of to support you of your vision to support you and what you want to create and birth and to support you what you want to call in so just connect with what's coming through for you from your higher selves it's almost like closing your eyes in the journey and then drop into your heart chakra and fully receive what you had just manifested from your higher self how can you embody birth the ways that she has shown you what you can create how you can nurture yourself in support of it so now in your heart what will you do in your human in your physical form to support all that so if you like you could put your hand on your heart just listen to your own heart dear heart what do you need from me and just like that it feels like you are floating on tops of the water you're emerging on tops of the water so you know how when you're floating in the water and your years is still in it but you could open your eyes to look up to the night sky so if you want to put sky so if you want to put your hands on your womb and you can set your intention with the moon for all that you just received and what you want to create or what you want to feel or what you want to become in the next 12 months and you listen to your heart and how you could support yourself in achieving all those so you set your intention with the moon and what you will do and be responsible for yourself to see you through all that so just like that you know and you know the moon has received your intention as you send it through your mind's eye but it also has gone out to your energetic field around your auric field and out to the universe and so it is so now you're just in the water floating atops of it becoming one with it and the flow of it and you return back into your womb space feeling that intention stirring like a fire in your belly so take a deep breath in and feel into the edges of your body take another breath in if you like to wiggles your fingers and your toes to come back into your physical environment and open your eyes when you're ready
