I'm going to walk you through meditation and to attune you with Archangel Raphael.
So let's get started.
So I want you to be in the best energy flow position.
Make sure your feet is on the ground and your hand is on your laps,
Palms facing up.
Your back is comfortably straight.
Keep your eyes closed for this session so you can keep your energy focused.
So let's get started.
Take a breath in.
Just breathe out your day,
Your stress and your tensions and center your energy.
You can do this in any moment.
Just bring your energy to where your spine is.
That's your midline.
And go along with your breathing.
As you breathe in,
You're cultivating your energy up along your spine,
Touching every single one of your chakras.
And as you breathe out,
You are bringing your energy down along your spine and touches your chakras,
Your energy centers.
So this recording is with the intention of integrating the purpose of this attunement and have it to sit in your energy even after this meditation for the next two or three days.
And it's attendant for anybody who is listening to this recording for the energy to flow.
So I ask that you bring my energy into yours at this time for us to connect.
So I see green all around us.
So we're starting in your heart chakra.
And from here,
We're going up to your crown chakra for this attunement with Archangel Raphael.
So in the crown,
It looks purple all around us and you're invited to go on top.
It's almost like a stage set up.
It looks like a lotus flower.
So you're just going on top of your crown chakra,
Sitting on top of this platform or stage or what you like to call it.
It's yours.
It says deep,
Rich,
Royal purple.
And you're in the middle of it.
And next thing is you notice all the stars and sparkles around you.
And when you look up towards the sky or in space,
Because it's dark all around us,
You can almost see the stars and the patterns of how they're connected,
Like what you would see in astrology,
Somewhat presented like a grid.
And you're connected to this light grid of energy.
It's your light language.
And then the platform from what you're sitting on is also lit up.
And it's very energetic.
There's a lot of movement.
It's almost like a swirling.
And it's all reflective of your soul and your light,
Your gifts,
Your purpose.
So just feel into it and connect in that energy.
You don't need to understand what it means.
You just need to sit in it and then allow it to sit in your energy fields to know it.
So in the midst of this,
You notice there is green energy.
It's like a ray of light in the middle where you're sitting.
And it's almost like a divider.
You can see it expanding like a wall through you in the middle of you,
If that makes sense.
It's like when you go to a nightclub and there's like a light show and like this beam of light just in the middle of you.
And you can see it,
It's gorgeous and it's warm if you could feel it.
You know the feeling when you're just on fire and on lit up in your stomach.
And that's Archangel Raphael.
So most of you probably already know Archangel Raphael help us with healing.
A lot of the times healing emotions,
Healing energy,
Even healing physical.
But what Archangel Raphael always help us heal or also help us with is to break through the layers of limiting belief,
Layers of blocks,
Layers of our stories,
Keeping ourselves from our truth,
Keeping ourselves from our soul,
Keeping ourselves from really owning the true essence of who we are and the consciousness of enough being you.
So this is what this attunement is to attune you into that truth energy.
So let it just sit in your field.

Those old beliefs because thoughts create things because thoughts are energies.
And that's what Archangel Raphael is clearing right now for you.

I can see there's yellow light and it's like a portal.
It's like it's creating this cylinder of portal and you're being dropped back into your solar plexus from this amazing stage and attunement with Archangel Raphael.
And so now when your solar plexus,
So this is the seat of your personal power and I'm going to ground the energy from here.
So I want you to take a breath in and then bring your energy back into your physical where you're seated in your room and then you're back into your body.
