Throughout the guided meditation I kept yawning with my eyes closed and tears kept flowing down my cheeks and I also had runny nose. My womb wanted to feel and listen to her heart beating so while my both my palms was already placed on my womb, I placed my right hand on my heart for her to feel and hear it beating.
