Okay,
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in,
Out through the mouth,
Another deep inhale and this time call back your energy,
Come into your center even more and as you exhale you just let go and maybe just one more deep inhale so you're making more room for your energy to come in and come back to your regular breath and connect with your soul's presence on top of your crown and also take note how are you connecting with it today,
Maybe a color,
Maybe a feeling or is it a symbol,
A word,
Whatever it is for you today it's yours and you get to trust it so allow this soul's presence of yours to now come down,
Flooding past your crown.
There is a gentleness around it today but yet very present,
Very strong and just by it coming down through your crown it really opens it to a wider degree and you follow its pace as it passes down your third eye so again it's very opening,
Very clearing and I want to say it's very activating so I want to invite you to connect with anything coming through your third eye and as it moves you follow it,
It's passing down your throat and again the gentleness is moving is such a pace that like it's just there but it's also very opening,
You might even feel the light of your throat open wider and wider and it's moving on to your heart and it's really lighting up the heart and now it's moving its way down to the solar and again it really lights it up and gives it a good spin and then a mix of ways its way down the sacral and the root and then down the two legs passing your knees out the two feet into the ground and you might already feel the connection as soon as the energy hits the ground it's like you're locked in with Mother Earth and and right away the scenery has changed and you've been brought to what seems to be the desert in Egypt and you see these desert hills and you're walking on one and you're walking towards the peak of the other and really surrounded by nothing and nothingness but just this big desert and you like turn your head slightly over your shoulder and you would see the path that you've taken to where you are,
You see all your footprints and so this is where you get to pause so instead of just turning over the shoulder you're invited to actually turn your body so now you're looking directly at the path that you've taken up to where you're standing and you're seeing all the footsteps before you and now you get to see into the past where the scenery has changed and it looks like you're looking back at you where there is pasture like greeneries and all those footsteps it's almost like you get to see your line of ancestors on each of those footsteps represents each of the lifetimes that you've lived and each of the lifetime you walk through and also each of the lifetime in each of the dimensions that you have connected with or associated with so you can imagine it goes way way back and you get to feel it's almost like a search on the ground that you get to feel all of those different lifetimes to the different dimensions and all the ancestors before you and all the steps they've taken it's almost like a surge going through that path of footsteps on the ground and you get to feel it on your own two feet surging up your legs by your knees and all the way up and shoots up all your different chakras and you get to feel the energy of it energizes everyone as it passes but also the spin of it the alignment of it and then out your crown and you get to feel the essences from all of them through you and you know and you know and you know you get to connect with that anytime any moment you just need to surrender to allow that to come in ask receive the support so with that backing you feeling all these surges running up you it's literally electrifying and all their hands turn your body right around so now you look forward again but you could also feel this invisible push from them all over on your back if you were to just let your body fall all their hands are holding you up that's how many and how forceful and how supported so in this moment you're being asked to pause with all the ones before you backing you including of all the steps you've taken in this life of your own and all the remembering that you've done so far you get to have a moment to celebrate how far you've come and have a moment to receive how proud they are of you and then you get to see in front of you you're walking towards the other peak of this desert and I want you to allow what's coming up for you right now emotionally mentally physically and you get to take this moment to kind of brace yourself or say to continue on and heading towards that other peak of that desert mountain so now once you feel you're ready to take your step and that's exactly what you would do you take one step in front of the other and you get to pause and ponder like where do you want to take your next step is it towards the same direction you're heading or do you want to shift in any slight degrees or do you want to shift in any slight degree so here's the question for you to take the next step further what is holding you on the feet why does it feel so heavy do you have shackles on it's like somebody grabbing your feet or are you just in these maybe a muddy puddle kind of feeling so this is a symbolic of what is keeping you from moving towards the next step and trust whatever is coming up is perfect for you right now either be a thought either be an emotion or any reasoning even from your mind and then at this point there's a waft of wind coming coming in and it's really picking up the sand so it's creating like a vortex around you so now you can't see anything now you're like in a desert storm and like a tornado it's around you and you're in the middle of it and if you feel called to you could put the hand over your heart and this is the moment where you get to call on your higher self and may your higher self show up in front of you how is your higher self showing up to you so whatever that you connect with is yours and that's what you go with and that's what you trust so these words would probably help initiate that energy in you so i'm going to go with what i'm sensing so your higher self appears in front of you in this version of yourself so take note how does she look different or does she look different and i want you to connect with her energy and her frequency and how does she carry herself so does she have any messages for you anything she wants to show you you could ask her like what is holding your feet how do you align your steps so you could take it out of this seemingly muddy puddle that's dragging your feet now if you need more time you could always come back here but for now any final messages from your higher self any questions you have for her what frequency is she showing you today if you're curious is that three years out five years out next year or just sometime in the future or just in the present so you want to now take this moment just to thank her for being here and she thank you for being here and she steps into you and you get to feel the embodiment of her and you becoming one as you are and this tornado starts to dissipate and your feet no longer feels held down so you get to take your step and perhaps you feel the difference do you feel lighter do you feel more assured in your next steps do you feel more trust one step after the other even without the path but you get to trust this is going to be where you're headed so now you move your way and you made it to that next peak and now we're at the mountaintops this green lush mountain and there is a cave so you don't go in the cave you just know to go in front of it and you kind of wait and out comes archangel michael handsome he always appears with a bit of blue on him not wearing blue but maybe an armor i don't know he's like having a sword and he has like this beautiful piercing blue eyes and he literally stares you in the eye as he take out his sword from his bag and he said don't move and he hold up the sword and then step behind you and you can hear the sword swiping down you know the sound of the wind and you get to feel some cords it's cut behind you so whatever those cords are he's just cutting those cords to make it lighter for you to release you of these attachments that's not yours of others energy of others expectations of others intentions of others projections and others judgments and others ego so you get to free yourself of them and then he said that's it you're good so if you want to just say thanks and he escort you now to walk towards the edge of the mountain so both of you now are taking in the scenery at this high point and you get to look out and you get to take notice of all the abundance of potential of possibilities however comes to you like for me i just see this lush forest that you get to overlook and then you get to hone your focus in any spot of it and any spot of it will actually show different things and details it's really extraordinary and he's just standing supporting you to kind of taking it in so maybe take a deep breath here just to take in the fresh air and as you anchor this memory into your body this newfound version of your energy i say newfound but i want to retract it's just your original blueprint your original energy your original makeup just your original what makes you you you might want to take another breath in here in this space in this energy and just allow that energy to settle in your cells and you can almost feel the light of every single cell just become a bit brighter as they're naturally designed to hold your light and then a little bit of a crystallization happening through your cells through the circulation of your bodily fluids through your lymphatic system through your blood circulation and it just crystallizing of all the cells from head to toe so you see Archangel Michael heading back to the cave and he invites you to make your way back to the desert that you came in so and you retrace your steps and it goes back to where you were and if you were to look back you get to see that hill where you just came from and then one step in front of the other you look into the sand and the sand started to swirl in so like almost like engulfing you like a portal so you go back and now you slip back into your sacral chakra so if you want to put your hand over your sacral take a deep breath in and feeling your energy coming back to your body feel the edges of your body another breath in close down the portal that we had traveled through and wiggle your fingers and toes and open your eyes when you feel ready
