Hello Radiant Souls,

I'm Nola Bloom and today's journey is something truly magical.

It's a Yoga Nidra practice woven with myth,

Moonlight and the quiet wisdom of the forest.

A space where Dryads,

Nymphs and Elves arrive,

Not just as fantasy,

But as gentle guides on your journey towards self,

Inviting you into a world where rest becomes ritual and where storytelling becomes medicine of the heart.

Sometimes,

Healing doesn't come from trying harder,

Sometimes it comes from enchantment and allowing yourself to believe in something unseen,

Something ancient and kind.

Today's meditation invites you to rest so deeply that your body is no longer bracing,

Your mind is no longer chasing.

It invites you into a forest temple where mythical beings tend to your being with gentle,

Loving care.

They soothe your energy body and awaken a part of you that still believes in wonder.

Across many traditions,

An enchanted forest represents mystery and transformation.

It's the place between what was and what will be,

Where deep healing happens.

When you lie down,

You're not just closing your eyes.

You're stepping into that liminal space,

Into the soft soil of surrender.

So if your nervous system is frayed,

If you're holding too much,

Or if your heart feels a little tender,

Let this be the space where you can lay it all down.

Let the light,

The trees,

And the myths remind you that rest isn't just a pause.

It's a portal that takes you back to your essence,

Wordless,

Wild,

And whole.

Now go ahead and find yourself a cozy place to lie down.

Place a bolster under your knees,

A blanket over your body,

And a soft pillow under your head.

Create your own forest nest and take a moment to light some candles.

Create an ambience that feels like a sacred space for deep rest and mystery.

Now gently close your eyes and slow your breathing down.

Allow yourself to deeply relax as you feel the earth beneath you taking the entire weight of the body.

Big breath in and big breath out.

Let yourself settle,

Let yourself soften,

And let yourself surrender.

In this still and quiet place,

Allow your sankalpa to arise.

A heartfelt intention to guide your journey today.

It may emerge as a word,

A phrase,

A sensation,

Or simply a whisper in the silence.

Your sankalpa is your guiding light.

A truth already present within you,

Waiting to be acknowledged.

If no words come,

Trust that the right intention lives quietly within you,

Like a current beneath still waters.

Let your sankalpa gently settle into your heart,

Anchored without effort,

Present and true.

Imagine yourself lying in an ancient forest clearing.

The air is thick with the scent of damp moss and white moon bloom flowers.

The trees around you are tall and wise,

Their branches stretching skyward like outstretched hands.

Above you,

The sky is shifting,

Indigo blending into gold,

Silver swirling into violet.

Stars flicker like whispered promises of change.

A silver blue glow descends upon your forehead,

Settling at the space between your eyebrows.

Your third eye awakening.

A deep indigo radiance,

Rich and powerful,

Begins to bloom in this space.

Let it expand,

Like moonlight rippling over water.

This is your inner vision.

A place where insight rises effortlessly.

Allow it to open.

As you rest in this luminous awareness,

The light begins to flow through your body.

The air hums with quiet energy,

An unseen presence woven into the fabric of the land.

Nearby,

A stream murmurs gently,

Winding through the roots of the trees and carrying echoes of the shifting seasons.

You feel it all.

The stillness of the earth.

The movement of the wind.

The quiet pull of something just beyond reach.

As you rest here,

The boundaries between body and earth dissolve.

Your breath merges with the wind.

Your heartbeat sinks with the steady pulse of the trees.

Your thoughts drift with the flowing stream.

Everything is changing,

And yet you are completely at ease.

From the shadows of the trees,

Mystical figures begin to emerge.

Elves with luminous eyes.

Nymphs moving like whispers.

Dryads stepping forth from the bark of the ancient oaks.

They walk towards you and kneel beside you,

Gathering in a quiet,

Knowing circle.

With reverent hands,

They begin their work,

Tending to something sacred within you.

Their purpose is to restore the natural flow of energy,

To dissolve tension,

And weave harmony back into your being.

They move with grace,

Attuned to the quiet hum of nature itself.

One gentle elf places his cool fingertips upon your forehead and begins soothing away tension,

Brushing through your hair like wind moving through leaves.

A soft dust of silver light falls from his fingertips,

Dissolving heaviness.

He works with presence and patience,

Untangling the knots of your thoughts and allowing your mind to open and unfurl like lotus petals at sunrise.

A sweet nymph kneels beside your temples and traces spirals of golden energy.

She soothes the tiny muscles around your eyes,

Softens your jaw and your throat.

With each motion,

She sends ripples of light across your face,

Washing away strain like water flowing over smooth river stones.

She hums softly,

Her angelic voice invites your face to settle into effortless ease.

And now a triad glides her hands over your right shoulder,

Elbow,

Wrist,

And into the palm of your right hand.

As she moves,

She spreads a trail of emerald green energy.

Your fingers tingle as if being kissed by morning dew.

She gently massages your palm,

Coaxing away tension and inviting your hand into complete softness.

Another triad is mirroring this healing touch on your left side,

Gliding from your shoulder to your elbow,

Wrist,

And into the palm of your left hand.

Golden filaments of light weave between your fingers,

Delicate yet strong,

Like the unseen threads that bind the universe together.

Both triads are kneeling at your hands with care,

Helping them to release all they've been gripping.

Now bring your awareness to your heart center.

A soft rhythmic glow emerges,

A pulse of light expanding and contracting like fireflies drifting through twilight.

Big breath in and big breath out.

The nymphs now move gently down your body,

Massaging their tiny little fingers along your ribs,

Towards your belly,

Where the waters of change reside.

They smooth away ripples of held emotion.

Their touch is light and fluid.

You feel the cool hands pressing lightly at your hips,

Guiding the energy downward,

Awakening the strength of your foundation.

They remind your body how to yield,

How to trust,

How to be carried by the earth itself.

Tiny rivlets of light now flow to your right thigh,

Knee,

Shin,

Ankle,

And into the sole of your right foot,

Relaxing each and every toe.

Tiny rivlets of light now flow into the left thigh,

Knee,

Shin,

Ankle,

And into the sole of your left foot,

Relaxing each and every toe.

At the bottoms of your feet,

An ancient dryad kneels with her hands resting on the soles of your feet.

Her touch sends slow,

Grounding pulses up through your legs and anchoring your body to the quiet rhythm of the earth.

You are both rooted and flowing,

Held and free.

Now bring awareness back to your breath and notice its gentle rhythm.

Every inhale is an expansion.

Every exhale,

A soft release.

Feel the breath drawing in through your nostrils,

Moving through your throat,

Chest,

And feel your belly expand.

And exhale,

Belly drops back down,

The chest relaxes,

The breath moves back out through your nostrils.

Big breath in,

Life flows through you.

Big breath out,

The release follows.

Nothing to change,

Only breath as it is.

Let the breath carry you deeper.

Now bring awareness to the space of the mind and emotion.

You may see images,

Emotions turning,

Or hear echoes of thought.

Allow them to arise like clouds in a midnight sky.

No need to follow.

No need to resist.

Thoughts come and thoughts go.

Feelings arise and feelings dissolve.

There is space around it all.

You are the witness.

Now rest in this quiet space of knowing.

A part of you that sees without eyes,

That knows without words.

This is your inner wisdom,

Unshaken by change.

Feel it deep in the chest,

Behind the heart,

And along the spine.

A golden current flows through your being.

Here you remember who you are.

You are not your fear.

You are not your doubt.

You are the light that shines through.

Now dissolve completely.

No boundaries.

No edges.

Only breath.

Only space.

Only endless light.

You are the luminous night.

You are the timeless tide.

You are the vastness of transformation itself.

Rest here in the space of total surrender.

Now gently return to your sankalpa.

Let it re-emerge.

Not as effort or thought,

But as subtle inner residence.

Feel the words,

The feeling,

The truth of your sankalpa.

Let it rest once more in the space of your heart.

It is planted.

It is alive.

It will guide you home.

As you slowly return from this deep state of rest,

Carry this intention with you.

I do not need to force.

I do not need to hold.

Life moves through me,

And I trust the rhythm.

Bring awareness back to your body.

Gently wiggling the fingers and toes.

Slowly opening your eyes.

Thank you so much for choosing this space of rest and renewal.

Until next time,

Trust in the unseen.

Soften into present.

Let life flow through you.

Namaste.
