Hello beautiful soul.
Welcome to this guided meditation session that's been created to help strengthen and support your immune system.
My name is Wendy and I'm honored to be your guide today.
Welcome.
Take a few moments to get completely comfortable and cozy in your yoga nidra nest,
Gathering whatever props and finding comfort and support.
When you're all settled in,
Take a nice deep breath in through your nose.
And exhale out through your mouth.
Allowing your body to start to soften and release and to sink into the support beneath you.
And placing your focus on your breath.
Imagine that your body's innate wisdom is awakening with each breath.
And imagine this wisdom as healing white light.
And imagine this healing white light infusing every organ,
Every cell throughout your entire body.
Allowing yourself to settle into the natural rhythm of your breath.
Deep breath in.
And easy exhale out.
Softening your face and softening your forehead and gently placing focus on the area between your brows,
Your third eye.
Softening your eyes and all the tiny muscles around your eyes.
Softening your cheeks and your chin.
Then moving to your neck and softening your neck and your throat.
Then placing your awareness on the center of your chest on your heart center.
Focusing here and breathing into your heart space.
Visualizing healing white light flooding your heart space.
This healing white light is your body's innate healing power.
And imagine this white light spreading through your entire body.
And now you might like to welcome in your sankalpa.
Your intention.
You might use something like,
My body is strong and resilient.
You may simply welcome your intention and mentally repeat it in your head.
Or you may simply feel it flowing through every cell of your body.
My body is strong and resilient.
And now we'll begin the rotation of consciousness.
Rotating your awareness through the body.
As we move through each part of your body you might imagine sending healing energy to each area.
Starting with the mind's eye in the center of your forehead and sending appreciation to your pineal gland.
Your pineal gland is the gland that assists with regulating hormones for your body's immune system.
And then moving on to the tip of your tongue.
The root of your tongue.
The center of your tongue.
The center of your throat.
The center of your heart.
Right side of your chest.
Right shoulder.
Right elbow.
Wrist.
Center of the palm of your right hand.
Tip of the right hand thumb.
First finger.
Second.
Third.
Little finger.
Back of your right hand.
Right wrist.
Elbow.
Right shoulder.
Heart center.
And pausing here to feel the warm glow of the strength that's radiating from your heart.
And then moving on to the left side.
The left side of your chest.
Left shoulder.
Left elbow.
Wrist.
Center of the palm of your left hand.
Tip of the left hand thumb.
First finger.
Second.
Third.
And left hand little finger.
Back of your left hand.
Left wrist.
Left shoulder.
Heart center.
Your right hip.
Right knee.
Right ankle.
Sole of your right foot.
All five toes of your right foot.
Ankle.
Right knee.
Right hip.
Your left hip.
Left knee.
Left ankle.
Sole of your left foot.
All five toes of your left foot.
Ankle.
Left knee.
Left hip.
The tailbone at the base of your spine.
And with every in-breath feel the healing white light rising from your tailbone up to the crown of your head.
And then with every exhale this healing white light flows from the crown of your head down the front of your body and through your heart center.
Nourishing every organ.
And every cell.
Nourishing your entire body with healing white light.
Bringing a sense of radiant health.
Inhaling healing white light up your spine.
To the crown of your head.
And exhaling down the front of your body.
Simply breathing and noticing the gentle circulation of this supportive and healing energy.
The looping rhythm of this breath cycle is strengthening and supporting your body.
It harmonizes and balances your immune system.
Allow this soft rhythm to activate your body's natural healing process.
Basking in the comfort of knowing that your immune system is working perfectly.
Continuing with this gentle circulation of healing energy.
And with each breath your internal organs and cells are growing stronger.
They're feeling supported.
Your entire lymphatic system flows more freely.
And your body's innate wisdom knows exactly how to protect and heal you.
And now rest here in this cocoon of support until you hear my voice again.
And now as you hear my voice.
Once again notice and feel the support beneath your body.
And slowly begin to awaken your body.
Bringing awareness and know that your immune system is being fully strengthened and supported.
And as you feel ready.
Gradually and gently bringing in small movements to your body.
Becoming aware of your fingers and your toes.
And perhaps gently touching your thumbs to your first finger.
And then moving through and touching the rest of your fingers with each of your thumbs one by one.
And maybe you'd like to take a full body stretch with your arms reaching up and over your head.
Doing whatever feels best to you and your body.
And granting yourself the space to gently come back from your yoga nidra practice.
Noticing and feeling the strength and the resilience flowing through your entire being.
And perhaps you'd like to thank yourself for your ability,
Your body's ability to heal and to protect you.
