Close your eyes and start to settle into your seat.

Taking any last minute wiggles or adjustments that might feel good.

Allowing your body to sink heavy into your seat.

Filling your feet and hands.

Then dropping your breath down into your belly.

Breathing deep into the belly and feeling the physical expansion.

Filling the belly up just like a big balloon.

Up through the chest and all the way up to the collarbone until you just can't hold your breath any longer.

Sighing everything out.

Releasing even more and sinking heavier into your seat.

Just continuing to expand on those deep belly breaths.

Lengthening through the inhales and lengthening through the exhales.

Just for the next few rounds of breath,

Go ahead and roll your eyes up and in.

Just as if you could look through the crown of your own head.

Feeling a little fluttering in your eyelids or a little strain in the muscles.

Open your eyes there in one specific spot while you continue to just breathe in and breathe out.

Sending a signal now throughout your body that it's safe to just slow down and relax even if it's just for a few minutes.

Now whenever you get to the bottom of your next exhale,

Go ahead and let go of the eyes,

Releasing every single nerve and every single muscle in and around your eyes.

And starting to let every bit of tension just start to melt down all the way down into the ground beneath you.

Standing at the very top of your scalp,

Smoothing out the forehead.

Releasing the eyes again even more.

Unclenching the jaw and dropping the tongue down.

Now imagining that you had a 30 pound bag of sand right across the back of your shoulders right now.

Allowing you to sink even deeper into relaxation.

Sinking even an inch deeper into your seat.

And continuing to unwind all the way down your arms.

Softening your hands.

Releasing any tension in your belly now.

Releasing your hips more.

Relaxing deeper.

And just continuing to disconnect all the way down the legs.

Softening through the back of the knees.

And all the way down to the soles of the feet.

Scanning back up your body and starting to tune in to any heavy or negative energy that you may be carrying.

Any emotions that feel like maybe they're not yours.

Or maybe they're no longer serving you.

Sending in to where you may be holding them in your body.

And sending another big breath right into those spots right now.

Allowing them to loosen and move.

Now feeling those energies and emotions just start to surface.

Allowing them to vaporize now.

Forming a little cloud around you.

Moving up through the skin and just releasing them from your body.

And as they form this cloud noticing if it has a color or a texture.

Noticing if it feels heavy.

Or even if it has a smell.

As you keep breathing deeply here just starting to watch as this cloud starts to rise.

Allowing it to go up above your head.

Dissipating into the air as it rises up higher.

Noticing how you feel lighter in your body as it inches up even higher.

And just starts to fade away into the ethers.

Pressing it further away from you with every exhale.

Until you can't even see it.

Feeling it totally gone now.

And once it's clear,

Once you don't see this old energy anymore.

Go ahead and start to float up above your body.

Just imagining if you had a beautiful pair of wings that would allow you to float right out of your body hovering up above through the sky.

Up as high as you'd like to go.

Noticing that you are in complete control of your movements.

And floating up so high now all the way up into the heavens.

And looking down at your body.

Taking in all of your current surroundings.

And looking down now noticing that everything surrounding you is perfectly safe.

Noticing that all of your needs are being met.

And there's nothing truly to be worried about.

Taking in all of the moments leading up to right now.

Seeing that you're safe.

And looking ahead out into the future noticing that there's nothing ahead of you that you can't handle.

Seeing yourself being fully supported here.

And seeing and feeling that everything is working out just as it's supposed to work out.

And now tuning in to see how you are surrounded with a very different energy.

An energy of love and security.

Taking in the color and the feeling of this new energy.

Noticing if it has a texture or maybe even a fragrance.

And seeing just how big this beautiful energy is surrounding you now.

This healing and protective energy that's just exactly what you need.

So whenever you're ready starting to float back down gently coming back into your body.

So peacefully.

Noticing how this new energy around you feels so clear and solid and calm.

Breathing into it now.

Absorbing it.

And letting it circulate throughout your body.

Magnifying and multiplying with every single breath.

And just as if you had a dial that would allow you to turn up the intensity of this protective energy.

Go ahead and crank it all the way up feeling it connecting even more strongly to your body.

And now feeling this energy running right down through your feet.

Going all the way down into the center of the earth.

Feeling so grounded and safe.

And breathing into you now all of this comfort and peace.

Taking your time here.

Going through your body.

And slowly starting to bring your awareness all the way back to your body.

And all the way back into now.

Slowly inviting back some small movements.

Taking a big stretch up overhead with your next inhale.

Coming all the way back awake now.

Feeling the difference in your body and in your energy field.

Feeling yourself now so strong and relaxed and confident.

Feeling safe and full of love.

As you come back ready to face the day.
