Welcome to this Closing My Day With Gratefulness meditation practice.

My name is Agha Shoshi and I will take you through this short meditation to close your day with gratefulness and peace.

Make sure you're sitting upright.

Relax your shoulder.

And take a deep breath in.

And out.

Take another deep breath in.

Lift your shoulders up.

And release your shoulders down in exhale.

I want you now to reflect back on your day.

And think of three things that went well today that you're grateful for.

It can be anything.

It can be the weather.

Maybe the meal you ate.

Maybe the text message you received.

Bring to mind three things that went well and you're grateful for.

However small.

Thinking of these three things,

Feel a deep gratitude for how your day went.

Feel the warmth spreading down your body from the center of your heart.

And bring the attention to the center of your body.

And feel a deep gratitude for this moment now.

For the ability to reflect on what went well.

And repeat silently in your mind's eye.

Thank you that I am one with divine creation.

Thank you that so many things I desire come easily to me.

Thank you that I am blessed every day.

I feel deep gratitude spreading like a wave of warmth across your body.

You've done well today.

Thank you.

You give thanks for with another day that happened.

And let's think about the day ahead,

Today,

Tomorrow.

And say silently to yourself these words.

I believe something wonderful is going to happen to me.

I do believe that something wonderful is going to happen to me.

I have a feeling something wonderful is going to happen to me.

And I give thanks for that.

Thank you for meditating with me.

Have a good night.

Namaste.
