We'll use our we release breath to inhale through the mouth.
One exhale through the mouth.
As we start to adjust,
Getting fully comfortable.
In the current moment.
To end.
One out.
Start to close your eyes.
Bringing one hand over your heart and one hand over your lower belly.

One out.
Letting your body know it is safe to let go.
Two steady inhales into the heart.
One long exhale out the mouth.
With each exhale,
Imagine a strand of energy leaving your body.
Not love,
But the memory.
The attachment that no longer serves your path.
Say quietly in your mind's eye,
I release what is not mine.
I call back my energy.
Continuing your breath,
Two in.
And one out.
Feeling your power returning to your center.
Completing your final we release breaths on your last round,
You'll breathe in through the mouth.
Hold it at the top,
Tune into that heart center space,
Feeling.
The energy,
The connection.
The light.
H-A out the mouth,
Ha.
We'll move into two in through the nose.
Two out through the mouth.
Let this breath seal the cord cutting with peace,
Clarity.
And neutrality.
Tuning into your hand on your heart.
Inviting yourself to step forward in wholeness.

Taking the hand off your lower belly,
Allowing for it to meet your heart as well.
Feeling complete.
Feeling fueled.
Each exhale envision any attachments starting to leave the body.
Not the love,
But the memories.
Allowing for new space to be created.
New energy to enter.
New space for new memories to form.
You'll breathe in two times through the nose.
Two outs through the mouth.
Feeling grounded,
Feeling calm,
Feeling clear.
