Good morning.

You are about to engage with a new day.

Start by taking a deep,

Loving inhale in through your nose,

Belly will rise,

Chest will follow.

And on the exhale,

Let out a sigh,

Starting to adjust as you lay down to feel fully comfortable in this present moment.

Next we'll engage with a 4 breath count,

Starting to inhale for 4 seconds,

2,

3,

4,

Hold for 4,

3,

2,

1,

And exhale for 4,

3,

2,

1.

Continuing that breath,

Starting to feel rhythm as you inhale,

And hold in stillness,

And exhale,

Allowing yourself to create space to receive some positive affirmations and uplifting thoughts that will help you with the day ahead.

I will smile today,

I will laugh today,

I look forward to seeing what happens today.

Every day I am a step closer to my dreams.

Today I will look out for things to show me that most people are good.

Today there are opportunities for me.

Today I have the ability to engage with myself and others in a positive manner.

As I breathe in,

I breathe in light.

As I breathe in,

I breathe in positivity.

As I breathe in and hold,

I store this light and positivity.

As I exhale,

I attract light and positivity.

As I continue breathing,

I acknowledge the life and the light within me.

And through the rest of the day,

I will acknowledge the light and life within others.

As you finish this last four count breath,

Take a deep inhale in through the nose,

Fully and deeply,

And exhale,

Bringing your awareness back to this moment.

Step into your day knowing how wonderful you are,

And continue to be a magnet for all good things.
