I hope you're tuning in to what makes you great every day.

What lights you up.

Make sure that's on your calendar every day.

What brings you joy.

Make sure you remember to tune into nature,

To take those deep breaths in the morning,

To start your day with intention and gratitude.

How do you want to show up today?

Who do you get to serve today?

How can you be grateful to be of service today?

And then one of the big parts of confidence is skills.

So if you don't feel confident in a certain area,

The best part about being human is that you can learn.

So simple,

Yet just takes your commitment and your determination.

So what is it that you want to feel more confident about?

Is it more confident to walk up to a pretty girl?

Is it more confidence in business,

In strategy,

In marketing,

Sharing your message and speaking your truth and getting on stage?

Where do you want more confidence?

Do you want to be a better teacher?

Do you want to be a better parent?

Do you want to be a better lover?

And each one of those experiences you can enhance by studying.

So can you go right now and look up a Tantra class that will make you a better lover?

Can you start taking an online business class or start learning about AI?

Can you walk up to a pretty girl and just give her a compliment?

Take getting her number off the table.

Start building your confidence by just sharing love.

Hey,

I saw you from across the room and I think you're absolutely gorgeous.

You literally stopped me in my tracks.

I just wanted to let you know that.

I hope you have a beautiful day.

And if she's interested,

She's going to go,

Oh my God,

That's so sweet.

What's your name?

And she'll open the dialogue.

And if she's not,

For whatever reason,

She might like blondes or she might be married or she might like women.

It doesn't matter.

You don't take it personally.

She might just be lit up for the day.

You just lit her up and that's your objective.

And if she doesn't continue the conversation,

You say,

Wow,

I just let someone say how pleasurable.

And you walk on and you just got yourself a little confidence boost.

So notice that's a good one.

Notice where you're taking things personally and knocking yourself down after and creating a story that's not true,

But how you're not worthy or you don't deserve love or you're not pretty enough,

Rich enough,

Skinny enough,

Whatever,

Enough,

Tall enough,

Short enough.

We have such a long list of not enough.

Notice them today and wherever they do pop up that you can actually do something about it.

Do something about it.

Get yourself to the gym,

Hire a personal trainer,

Start eating correctly and get a wide variety of fruits and vegetables in your diet and start nourishing your body.

And then your brain will function more optimally.

Get the toxicity out of your life.

Of course,

Sleep is a big one.

Make sure you're sleeping well.

Check out that podcast,

Sleep Like a Rock.

You need to be well rested and get to bed earlier so that you can wake up earlier and you have time in the morning for yourself before you turn that cell phone on.

Huge.

Before you let the whole world in.

That's what you're doing when you turn that cell phone on.

Everyone in your life has access to you all of a sudden.

And they can share their problems and their problems become your problems.

Honor those moments before the day starts.

Take your few deep breaths,

Connect your intention,

Connect the spirit,

Ground into source and tune in.

Tune in,

Feel the sensations in your body and trust what flows through.

You want to build your confidence,

Build your own self-trust.

That's where it starts.

And then do the things that light you up.

It's not a hard recipe.

It's actually delightful.

Do more of what lights you up that you're naturally good at.

Move in that direction as much as you can,

Even if you only have 20 minutes for it.

Study something that you're curious about because your curiosity is leading you on your path to your purpose.

What you're curious about is your path.

That's your purpose.

Follow it.

If you have the intuitive hit to go take a guitar lesson today or go to a dance class today,

Follow it.

Your lover might be there.

Your skills to attract your next lover might be there that you've got to develop.

And then he's this like sexy man that finds you incredibly more sexy because you can dance so well.

Not that you need to change or improve or do anything.

I'm not suggesting you aren't good enough now.

I'm saying that if you follow your curiosity,

You do the things that light you up,

It will lead you to where you want to go.

One step leads to the next.

And along the way,

You're enjoying yourself.

It's delightful.

You do the things that light you up.

You're spending this one precious lifetime that you have doing things that you love and expanding on the skills that you're already good at.

Expand them.

And where you need improvement,

Take a class.

There's no reason.

You have no excuses.

I don't care if you have kids,

If you don't have money.

There are no excuses.

You can find the support if you desire.

As soon as you say,

I can and I will,

The way will show itself.

My business coach charges between $50,

000 and $100,

000.

He gave me his program for free because I said I would coach him on his health for free.

And I gave and he gave in return.

You can create barter systems.

You can find the way as soon as you say,

I can.

The way will appear.

So shift your mindset.

Anything that you desire,

You can create.

As soon as you say that you can.

It's so simple.

And start boosting.

I'm repeating myself now,

But sometimes it's essential.

Start boosting your skills in that area.

So if it's being a great speaker and you're scared to death to speak,

Well,

Toastmasters is available for free.

I started there.

And then I was challenged by a Tony Robbins coach to do 30 videos in 30 days.

Every single day I had to post a video and I was determined because he made me write out a check for $500 to McDonald's.

He said,

What's a company you don't support?

I said,

McDonald's.

He said,

Well,

Write a check.

Well,

How much?

I said,

For 250.

He said,

Double it.

I said,

Shit.

So I had to mail him a check,

500 bucks.

And he was going to mail that check to McDonald's if I didn't follow through.

And so for 30 days,

I had to post a video every single day until I got very comfortable posting videos.

But at the end of the 30 days,

I was fantastic at posting videos.

My skill level went through the roof and that was my start.

I had to practice and I was shitty at first,

But I kept showing up every single day.

Sure enough,

On the 29th day,

I was traveling through Europe with my mother and we couldn't find wifi.

And I was like,

Oh my God,

What am I going to do?

I can't upload a video.

What do I get to do?

And I literally had to create a one second video,

One second is the only amount of bandwidth I could find in the lobby of the little hotel that we're staying at on an Island in Greece.

And so I would manage to get a one second video up just going,

Hi.

But I did it and I made it to 30 days and my skills went through the roof.

And that started me on my journey.

It's taking one step after another,

One step after another.

First hit was hire a Tony Robbins coach.

And it was $3,

000.

I didn't have at the time,

But I found it where there's a will,

There's a way.

My friends,

You are an incredibly powerful being.

And when you clean those rabbit ears,

You become even more powerful.

You will realize that you can attract and call in and create what you desire.

As soon as you get out of your own way,

As soon as you identify those limiting beliefs and all that self-doubt,

Get out of your body,

Do breathwork,

Find a local healer,

An energy worker,

Or a local facilitator that supports with plant medicine.

Get the guidance you need to support you.

My absolute favorite modality is breathwork.

If you really want to get into your subconscious and you know,

If you've got some stuff stuck in your body,

Get yourself to a breathwork class or do breathworkonline.

You can look for the free days,

Do a breathwork session.

It's basically a three-part breath into your stomach,

Into your chest,

Exhale.

And you do that full breaths in,

Full breaths out rapidly for probably 30 to 45 minutes.

And what it does is it releases DMT from your brain,

Which is what a chemical that is in ayahuasca.

So you can actually create an ayahuasca journey by yourself with your own brain's chemicals.

Fully safe.

As soon as you feel at all out of control,

You open your eyes or you slow down the breath.

Very simple.

You're safe.

There's no toxicity whatsoever.

It's actually the chemical that released at the end of your life.

And that gives you the flashbacks of all your life.

And it supports you in diving deep into your subconscious and finding where you had an unresolved trauma,

Something that did not get resolved usually in your childhood,

Sometimes later in life.

And it supports you in seeing it as an adult and reframing and creating a new story around it.

That's very different than the one that you've probably created.

The stories we create as a child are based in feeling not good enough.

So breathwork is incredibly powerful tool.

And that is a very powerful healing,

Somatic healing modality that will get trauma out of your body.

Because if it's stored in your body,

You can rationally believe that you're fabulous.

But if your body disagrees,

Because you've got some stored trauma in there,

Then it's going to be really hard to override when when shit hits the fan,

Right?

You're gonna revert to those old patterns,

Those old stories,

Those old beliefs.

So my friends,

I hope you dress your best today.

I hope you nourish your body with healthy food.

You honor it with movement and love and support.

Being human is challenging.

And you've done the best you can to this date.

And I hope you've done the best you can to this date.

And if you need to improve in some areas,

You're capable.

You're capable,

You're absolutely capable.

We all are.

It's such a pleasure.

So enjoy being human today.

Enjoy this full spectrum.

Show up your best.

Intend with all your heart today to show up your brightest.

Show up your most patient,

Loving,

Compassionate,

Honoring self.

And honor and respect the fact that other people are going through their journey.

So if they're turning up,

If they're showing up unkind,

Just know,

Know and send them love,

Send them compassion.

It's been so hard for you.

You instantly release the cord.

You stop the ruminating.

And you shower yourself and them with love.

They'll feel it.

They may not know it right away,

But they'll feel it.

It will support them in moving forward,
