We're going to go a little bit deeper into the health concepts today and then we're going to shift to how you seek approval from the external world and what success looks like.
So we have a few topics today.
Let's ground in first so we're fully present.
So if you can find your seat and with your back nice and straight,
Take that first deep breath in and hold at the top.
Connect that core,
That tree trunk down into the ground.
Send your roots down in so you feel super stable and as you exhale release,
Release all that you need to release down that tree trunk.
On your next deep breath in,
Fold,
Connect that funnel up to the sky and then as you exhale visualize that shimmering beautiful healing light come flooding through your body,
Showering you with bliss and radiance.
Last deep breath in,
Right into your heart.
Give that heart all the space it needs to expand.
Hold,
Hold and then as you exhale push that love,
That beautiful love of yours out into the room.
Fill that whole room with your love.

So feeling physically strong is powerful and it will support you in feeling your most confident.
I at one point was living in Amsterdam and it was very affordable to hire a personal trainer so I hired him three times a week and within two months I was shredded.
My fat melted off my body and I looked diesel and I was walking down the street like so empowered,
Feeling so sexy that I just wanted to be naked all the time.
I was so in love with my body.
So you don't have to go all the way that to that extreme if that isn't calling you but you gotta treat your body like a temple and really love on yourself and if you're not there yet,
If you're carrying some excess weight then make a plan to get yourself there.
Hire a personal trainer.
Follow the advice in my health track where you'll get the nutrition guidance that you need because I will tell you,
You can work out all day long if you're not eating the right things you will still hold on to weight versus you could do a juice cleanse and not work out at all and the fat's going to melt off of you.
So what you put in your mouth has a bigger impact on your weight than does exercise but exercise really makes a big impact and it supports with the blood sugars.
When my muscles are stronger I need less insulin throughout the day because I'm burning more sugars just walking around.
My muscles are bigger.
They require more energy.
So weight lifting,
Getting weights in your life is very supportive both for blood sugars and long term for your bone strength as well.
Check out my health track because there's a lot of information on what creates health in the body.
Getting the toxicity out of the environment is a big one that will also support in losing weight because if you're highly toxic then the body will hold on to more fat cells to disperse that toxicity.
So that program,
The health track is incredibly supportive in boosting your confidence because your body is your temple.
It really is and how you treat your body and what nutrients you put in it and what toxicity you take out,
Especially alcohol for example,
These things are affecting your gut microbiome which is the source of serotonin production,
One of your happy pills.
And where you're getting your food is also really important to know because if you're getting your animal products from the conventional livestock production industry then it's laced with high levels of cortisol because those animals are stressed.
They live in fear and anxiety.
They're depressed.
All of that passes through either chemically or energetically in the meat,
In the milk.
And so if you're experiencing anxiety,
Depression,
You've got to look at your food sources.
Really important.
So I go over all of that in the health track.

Today I also want you to explore what areas of your life do you feel like you seek approval?
Do you need other people to know that you're intelligent?
Do you need other people to think that you're accomplished,
You're educated,
You're capable?
Oh you did a good job,
You're such a wonderful daughter.
Very important to look at this.
Where are you seeking external validation?
Do you dress super sexy to get the attention of men so you feel good about yourself?
I've done all of these so the only reason I can point them out is because I've done them.
Right?
So I've been on this journey with you and it's really important to recognize where am I seeking external validation?
Do I walk into a party or a networking room and I seek to share who I am and what I do so that other people are impressed by me?
Very different in my power than if I walked into a room seeking to share my love and support someone else and shine a light on their greatness.
Because I don't need them to see mine,
I already see it.
I know who I am.
I know how powerful I am.
I know my value.
I don't need to prove it.
I don't need to share it.
I don't need anyone to validate it.
In fact the opposite.
I come in not sharing as much anymore and instead I come in seeking to support and guide and shower someone else with love.
Just acknowledge.
It's not that I'm all-knowing by any means but if I go in with the intention of sharing my love,
Not needing approval,
A very different person walks through that door.
So where is that you desire approval?
Who do you wish you had more approval from?
What exactly does that approval look like?
And how can you give it to yourself?
How we choose to see things,
Right?
Again,
Our perspective and how we determine whether or not we're successful and what success actually looks like.
All of these are stories and perceptions we have to get really clear on.
So what does success look like to you?
What is a successful life?
Is it really we're just having money in the bank?
We're just having money in the bank?
I've had a million dollars in the bank.
I'll share with you.
I've had access to billions.
My ex,
I was engaged to a billionaire.
And I will tell you that is not the source of happiness.
Yes,
It's delightful to be able to go on luxurious vacations.
Yes,
It's delightful to go into a store and buy whatever I want.
But those joys are short-lived.
True happiness,
If that's what you determine as success,
In my world now,
True success is feeling happy just because.
I am happy for no reason at all.
That's success to me.
Success to me now is did I share my love?
Did I inspire someone?
Did I shine a light in someone else's greatness today?
Did I light someone else's world up?
Did I make this place a better place today?
That's success to me.
That's what really lasts in terms of fulfillment.
How did being authentically me improve this world?
That's success in my book.
You define what's successful to you and see if you can make it not related to money,
But rather the emotional state that will bring.
How do you want to feel when you're successful?
Tune into that.
Tune into that and then validate yourself of how you're completely capable of achieving those states because you can do it right now.
You can feel loved and loving and supported.
You can always find evidence of your beliefs.
So start choosing to believe success stories that support you in showing up your brightest.
