You don't need to rush.
You don't need to hold on.

For the next 12 minutes,
This is your space to release.
We'll begin by simply listening,
And then we'll give our worries to the water.
Let the river carry them away by the current.
This is your time to soften,
To lighten,
And return to yourself.
Welcome home.
Let's begin.
Begin by finding your comfortable sitting posture.
You may also choose to lie down for this one.
Close your eyes.
Take one deep breath here.
Exhale,
Release,
Feeling yourself more centered.
Let your hearing be widely open.
Notice the sound of the river,
How steady the current is,
And the natural rhythm of the river flow.
Just be with the healing sound of nature for a moment.
Notice how the sound is never the same.
Sometimes the current is stronger.
Sometimes softer.
It is always changing and always moving.
If your mind wanders,
Just remember the river sound is your anchor today.
Come back to the river sound.
Hear the sound as if you have never heard a river sound before.
Try to loosen all your judgment,
All the analysis in your mind.
Just notice the sound of the river,
The nature,
The birds,
As it is.
You're just with the nature now.
There's nowhere to go,
Nothing else to do.
As you're really settling to this moment,
You'll realize how you can notice your natural rhythm of the breath as well.
Now just for a moment,
Notice your breath.
See whether you can find any connection between your natural rhythm of the breath and the natural rhythm of the river.
They are both enforced.
They are both authentic and natural.
They are both relaxed.
They are both at peace.
You may even sense if there's any heaviness inside of your body.
It is a good time to release them.
Maybe it's your chest feeling heavy,
Your hips,
Any pain in any areas of your body.
Just be with these painful sensations and visualize them into a package.
If you're feeling stressful,
Just view your stress as a package.
Wrap them up.
Hold them.
And slowly you put them on a leaf.
Take some time to visualize this.
You are sitting by the river.
You are one with nature.
You are one with your body.
But you are not just your body.
And you are not your mind.
So if your mind is feeling stressed,
Trying to package them,
Putting all the stress together in a box,
In a paper,
Wrap them up and put them into this giant leaf.
Imagining yourself come by by the side of the river.
Holding all the stress,
Heavy emotions,
And in pain,
You want to let go.
Package them,
Hold them on your hands,
See them,
Then putting it down into a giant leaf.
Maybe it can be a boat even.
You can add more.
What do you want to let go?
Add it.
Any worries?
Anxiety?
Anything you don't want,
Put it on the boat,
On your giant leaf.
Just take a moment here to let all those weights coming out,
Hold them.
And slowly you release your hand and this giant leaf started to drift away following the natural current of the river.
See this giant leaf drift away farther and farther.
Away until it disappears out of the sight.
You might feel lighter.
If another thoughts or saying that stress you comes out,
Acknowledge them.
Here comes another giant leaf for you to be putting on,
To let go.
It can be a second leaf.
Take some time to package this one.
See that all your stress,
Emotions,
You want to let go.
Anything you want to let go on your hand,
See them.
Good,
And as you exhale,
Putting them on this giant leaf,
Let it go.
Let it flow with the natural current.
Let it disappear in your sight.
Continue third round.
Keep digging.
What do you want to release?
What are the stress?
What stress you?
What worries you?
What makes you feel heavy?
Put all of this onto the third round of giant leaf.
Ah,
Let it drift away by the river.
Release your hand.
Good,
Feeling the sense of release.
Do a fourth round with your own pace.
I'll leave you some time here.

Keep breathing,
Keep releasing.
Every exhale,
Another leaf,
Another worry carried away by the flow.
You are safe to let go.
Take a deep breath in here,
And exhale fully.
Notice the space that has opened inside of you.
Notice how lighter you feel right now,
And carry this release with you,
Knowing that the river is always here whenever you need to let go.
