Scripting - Day 27

Scripting is a powerful manifestation tool that can help you design your ideal day, week, month, or even year. It’s a fantastic way to kickstart your mornings and can be done right after waking up, still in bed. But remember, flexibility is key! Find a scripting routine that suits you best because consistency is essential for success.

I found today's inspiration in Gordon Smith's 'The Healing Spirits Oracle' deck. Card number 23, 'You Came to Serve,' resonated deeply with my ongoing work on Insight Timer and the 'Ask Your Guides' collaborations. It's a mission that brings me immense joy.

Hello and welcome beautiful Insight Timer community. Today we are on day 27 of our 30 days of scripting. Almost at day 30, Just a few more to go. So congratulations for making it this far. I love reading all your comments and feedback and hearing how this has been helping you to stay on track with scripting every day. And I'm looking forward to day 30 and finding out how far you've come. So please keep those comments coming. Today I decided to pull a card from the Healing Spirits Oracle by Gordon Smith. I was inspired to use this deck after a lovely Ask Your Guides session that we had last night where we honored the memory of our pets who have crossed over. So moving on to my inspiration, The Healing Spirits, I pulled a random card. I got number 23, You Came to Serve. And it says, In your life, You have come through dark times and have experienced enough to be able to choose whether to offer your gift to others. In your heart, You know that everything you have overcome has been a part of the journey that has brought you to this very moment. Your Spirit Guide has watched over you and is telling you that you are now ready to use your gifts and share them with the world. For everything you have come through has taught you grace and wisdom that you must share. Remember, The one who serves others is served by the highest spirit of all. I thought this was a perfect card after last night's healing session. One of the reasons I was drawn to plan that was that I went through a lot with my own grief losing two pets that I adored and I knew there were other people on Insight Timer who experienced the same and I felt it was important for us to share those experiences because I really believe that by helping to heal others, We also heal ourselves. One of the things I love about scripting is putting yourself in that place of where you want to be and I remember when my pets were crossing over, Scripting about the healing and the fact that I knew that they would always be with me. So I believe you can use scripting for so many different things, Not just for manifesting abundance but manifesting how you want to feel. So today I think I would like to script on where I want to be in my healing process and I strongly encourage you to do the same if that resonates and if it doesn't resonate, That's okay too. Let's script about where we want to be. Maybe you want to script about how you want to serve. That's something I script about often and that's how Ask Your Guides was born. I encourage you again, Listen to those replays here on Insight Timer. Those sessions are amazing and they bring me so much joy and they are definitely a huge part of my healing. So let's put five minutes on the clock. Let's listen to fellow Insight Timer teacher Blossom Violet's beautiful piano music and let's do some scripting. So all right my friends that was five minutes. There are days when I script a lot and there are days when I script a little but I do it every day and I love it and I hope that you're learning to love it too. Today I will actually share what I scripted. I was awake at 5:55am thinking of writing this and I will video record it later. It was so apt, so here it is … Transition Years [2016-2019]
It’s said it takes all your life to be an overnight success. Here’s how it happened for me.
In August 2015, my meditations were discovered by an app Insight Timer. Very quickly, I transitioned from being an author with meditations on the side to becoming a meditation teacher with books on the side.
In 2016, an old publishing contact of mine approached me to write a book on mindfulness. In two weeks, I wrote a 10 chapter book called The Authority Guide to Mindfulness. Each chapter was augmented with a ten minute meditation.
It opened the door for me to corporate gigs.
In 2017, I started collaborating and co-creating with an amazing artist in Norway, Siri Opli. We started posting daily illustrated nuggets of mindfulness which we kept going for many years. A journalling book of 75 of them popped out along the way.
Then in 2018, I was approached by a chap called Laurence Udell, first to help him write a book for his high end corporate clients. It became clear that I had loads of information to add to the book and my first real co-authored book, The Big Ü, popped out, along with meditations by yours truly. It also lead to some high end lucrative engagements.
I spent a birthday at my best friends from school’s funeral and I was minded that I had some important stuff of my own to share and that these side projects were fun but transitionary. I had written a novel called Soulwaves before any of my published books, back in 2005. It was time to share stuff with the world that I had never dared to publish before.
Then lockdown happened.
Five years later, I am on the edge of a new level of service as I launch The Adytum, a school of contemporary alchemy. This is my reason to be.
