Hello and welcome beautiful Insight Timer community.
Today we are on day 24 of our 30 days of scripting.
And today I was looking for some inspiration and I picked up Gabby Bernstein's deck,
Super Attractor.
Randomly pulled a card,
As always,
And I got one that was nice and simple.
The universe powerfully responds the instant I realign with love.
I thought that was a suitable card,
Especially for me right now,
Because I confess,
Sometimes I get triggered,
And I hate to use the word triggered,
But it is,
It is the appropriate word I suppose.
I was,
I guess,
Bothered by something that someone did,
And I immediately thought to myself,
How do I move past this?
How do I change my vibration?
And picking up this card,
I thought,
That's it right there.
I need to realign with love.
Not too long ago,
I mentioned that I was at Melissa Manifest's live session,
And she was talking about ways that we can get ourselves out of a mood or bring our vibration up.
And it is to have a list of things that bring us joy.
I had a great weekend.
I spent some beautiful time outside,
And I thought to myself,
You know what?
If I was having a great weekend,
Why would I let one small incident ruin that mood that I was in?
So my friends,
One of the things I preach about scripting,
I'm going to do myself,
And that is to write in the frame of mind I want to be in.
I want to go back to those good vibrations and those great feelings.
So I hope you join me listening to this beautiful music and doing a little scripting for five minutes.
And I know that it can change my mood,
And it can change your mood.
So let's put five minutes on the clock,
And let's do a little scripting.
All right,
My friends,
That was five minutes.
And I don't know about you,
But scripting definitely helps me turn my mood around.
It always puts me in the right frame of mind.
And in general,
I think getting things out on paper or on your computer,
Whatever method you prefer,
It's always a good idea to just process those thoughts.
And I,
For one,
Am feeling much better.
I'm feeling a lot of gratitude,
Grateful for this platform,
Grateful for all of you who have been interacting with me.
