This is Day 5 of our 30 days of journaling. Each day we pull an oracle card and use it as a guide for our journaling time together. I love journaling and try to do it every day! Writing about what I'm feeling is my own "therapy" and has gotten me through the toughest times. It's also a wonderful way to look back and see how far I've come! Join me in this 30-day challenge to journal every day! Make it as long or as brief as you want and don't worry if you must skip a day. Sometimes life gets in the way but commit to doing it as often as possible with me! Today's Inspiration: Colette Baron-Reed's Postcards from Spirit Deck. Thank you for all the feedback and positive comments. As a new teacher, I'm continually learning and improving, and appreciate the patience and support as I learn to create tracks. Hello beautiful Insight Timer community.

Today we are on day 5 of our journaling challenge.

And today I decided to pull a card from a deck by Colette Baron-Reed called Postcards from Spirit.

I'm a huge fan of this particular deck because the postcards are always so uplifting to read.

So I pulled one at random and here's what it says.

Dearest you,

There are times you get lost but refuse to see your part in things.

Happens to everyone.

Something feels familiar but sort of off.

If you're feeling confused,

It's best to throw away that map you're using,

Which only lets you navigate based on your past experiences.

That isn't what you need right now.

Instead,

Take a deep breath and open to the truth.

A desire to stay in denial means that part of you doesn't want to be responsible for the pattern that shows up in your life.

Yes,

This is the right time to wake up and start again.

By the way,

You will always get another chance.

You have unlimited chances to start again.

We love you so much.

We really do.

Be gentle with yourself.

Coming out of denial is like being temporarily blinded by super bright lights.

Allow your eyes to adjust.

Carry on,

Special one.

A beautiful life awaits you.

Loving you so,

So much.

So as I said,

I think these postcards are so beautifully written.

And it really gets me thinking,

What am I in denial about?

I'm sure,

I'm sure there's something.

So I thought we could set our timer for five minutes and think about that.

And let's get to writing.

All right,

My friends.

So that was our five minutes.

And I don't know about you,

But it went really fast for me.

I had a lot to say and a lot to write about.
