Right before we got on the call,
Jill had made a suggestion.
Jill,
Would you please unmute yourself and share what you had shared previously?
I was sharing with Violet and the other teachers that I would love to hear from any of those that are listening how you practice,
All of the things you heard Carol talk about,
That yes,
How do you go about your day life either inviting or practicing compassion and love,
And also wanting any support from us as teachers.
Maybe you have no idea how to practice this in your particular community.
I'm in San Miguel de Allende,
Mexico,
And it's a beautiful neighborhood where people literally stop and will look you in the eye for two minutes and say hello.
I know that's not true for all people.
So if you're in a community or a family or surrounding where it's not for you to practice,
We would love to hear from you as well if you need some support.
Yeah,
Absolutely.
Anybody has anything else they want to say,
Feel free to unmute yourself,
Please.
Can I say one thing?
Well,
I just want to first say thank you so much,
Carol.
That was just such a beautiful reading.
I mean,
I was swept by that.
Thank you so much.
I feel like so much of what's coming out is this notion of connecting.
I mean,
When we talk about peace,
I think so much of it is about connection.
You mentioned the Emerson with the limbs.
You're such an environmentalist and nature naturalist,
And even with Emmett Fox,
We're all together.
And I think this is really important to know because obviously I think what tears us apart and what gives us the feeling of instability and a lack of peace is this feeling that we are separate.
I actually had a quote that I wanted to read today,
Which kind of ties into this because Mother Teresa said,
If we have no peace,
It is because we have forgotten that we belong to each other.
And I think on that note,
It is important to keep that in mind.
And one last thing I want to say,
Also Mother Teresa quote,
Because I found another one is she says,
Peace begins with a smile.
And that's one thing I was doing as I was watching everyone else on here is just watching everyone's beautiful smiles and how a smile is just the best way to really create that sense of peace because,
You know,
We can all smile outward.
We can smile inward and a smile really radiates your energy and a great smile speaks peace and volumes and it communicates safety,
Inner clarity and comfort.
And it transmits to another person an invitation for that person.
Absolutely.
And it just makes you feel good.
Like I can't smile and not feel good.
If anybody else wants to unmute themselves and share anything,
Please feel free.
Hi.
It's funny because as soon as Desmond said about the smile,
I was sitting here thinking I'd love to read a poem.
And there was two poems that I couldn't decide between.
And one of them is actually named Smile.
So I think I'll read that one.
Is that okay if I read that poem?
Please.
So this one's called There's Sunshine in a Smile by Helen Steiner Rice.
Life is a mixture of sunshine and rain,
Laughter and pleasure,
Teardrops and pain.
All days can't be bright,
But it's certainly true.
There was never a cloud,
The sun didn't shine through.
So just keep on smiling,
Whatever betide you,
Secure in the knowledge God is always beside you.
And you'll find when you smile,
Your day will be brighter and all of your burdens will seem so much lighter.
For each time you smile,
You'll find it is true.
Somebody somewhere will smile back at you.
And nothing on earth can make life more worthwhile than the sunshine and warmth of a beautiful smile.
Beautiful.
I want to point out a comment I just saw from Rachel.
She says,
I try to listen.
Most people just want to be heard.
So I give space for that.
That's really beautiful.
And that's so true.
Most people do just want to be heard,
Don't they?
And that's something I've been trying to be more cognizant of.
Little confession.
I have a husband who is very politically the opposite of me.
So with the election coming up on Tuesday,
This has been quite challenging for me.
And I am really focusing on just listening to him.
You know,
I'm human.
Sometimes I just want to choke him instead.
But,
You know,
Listening is huge.
And I think if you just let people be heard,
That can go a long way.
So I love that.
I really do.
That was a great comment.
Yeah,
Feeling heard is very healing.
And sometimes we don't want to listen.
But,
You know,
I try to talk to myself a lot when I'm trying to listen to him,
Which I guess I'm not really listening because I'm talking to myself,
But it does go a long way.
And yes,
Please go ahead.
I see your hand up,
Dina.
Go ahead.
Yeah.
So,
You know,
I think often we wonder because we maybe do not see a string that comes out of us and goes into somebody else.
How are we interconnected?
Are we sure this is,
You know,
Are we?
How do we know?
And I think like one of the easiest ways is just to smile.
Because when you smile at some somebody,
They're going to have a reaction,
Right?
It's going to like whether they smile,
If they're caught unawares by it,
Likely they just smile.
But even if the reaction is double down on the frown,
You know,
The whole thing is that is just one way to see we are interconnected.
We are never What I do,
You respond to.
And so it's like,
It's just a simple way of going,
OK,
Yeah,
We are really interconnected because even the smallest thing like a smile shows us that that is true.
So I love that point.
And Desmond and Gloria does have somebody commented on Gloria's smile.
And yes,
She does have the greatest smile.
Nice to see you.
Yeah.
Alejandro,
Unmute yourself and share.
Gloria does have the best smile.
Hi,
Gloria.
I'm one of the things when it comes to peace and speaking on what you said,
Especially here in the U.
S.
With politics and being very close to sometimes just giving up the right to be right is so important,
Just allowing and holding that space for people to just be as they are,
Because when we realize that we are just doing the best we can with the knowledge that that creates such a accepting space,
I might not agree with you,
But because out of love,
Out of the overflow of love for self,
I also love it because I understand that you and I are one,
Even in our disagreement,
Even when we are when we're separated in opinions.
I still hold space for you to be just as you are right here,
Right now.
And it's giving up the right to be right.
It's giving up the the right to trump someone else's opinion because I believe that I'm right when I realize that there is there's only oneness,
That when I realize that there's only us trying to do the best we can from the place that we're,
We can smile even in the middle of disagreements.
We can smile even in the middle of turmoil and in this very heavy atmosphere as a Puerto Rican,
As a Boricua,
Which I know there's a couple of us here,
This week has been really heavy for me.
If you follow me in other platforms,
I've expressed my opinion in some things,
But understanding that people are just doing the best they can with what they,
If I see it from that standpoint,
I can then cultivate compassion for those,
For myself and for those around me.
Therefore,
Offering that same love that overflows out of love that is already within me really helps me not enter into a moment of ugliness or ugly discord and sometimes just say,
You know what,
Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for sharing your opinion.
I'll hold that in consideration.
Maybe that is,
That is it.
Well,
Alejandro,
That was beautiful and I think you just saved my marriage,
So thank you.
Ipek,
Please unmute yourself and share.
Thank you guys.
The poem by Carol and I'm going to build on and someone else wrote to everything itself and we will never know real people which I believe the core of and often we think about or getting others to believe what we do,
But this couldn't further real lasting of our point.
It is at this moment where we go,
When everybody gets what is right and giving them the of whoever they are.
And I so believe idea of what we have would give.
So if we want in the world,
We need,
Unless I am peace self,
I can bring that and with anger,
We cannot only with love,
Care and passion.
Oh,
That was beautiful.
Yeah.
Beautifully said.
I love that.
Moira.
Hi.
I love all of you.
I love being here and I actually really love what it feels like we're building upon one another here because I really resonated with everything that you've shared so far and that meditation was gorgeous that we did earlier.
But you know,
I love what,
Sorry,
Is it Ipek?
I don't,
Yes.
Okay.
I love what you just said about the peace begins within and we will never foster or cultivate peace unless we find it inside us first.
And I also feel and Violet,
I know what you mean about the,
The,
The,
The kind of conversations that we can get into,
But that's where lack of peace can come into.
And that's like Alejandro was talking about the,
I need to show you I'm right,
Or I need to,
To educate you that those are not that great thoughts to have,
But that's all we're all in the head and we're creating this discombobulated energy all around us and it ripples out into the collective.
So what I like to really,
And I actually,
If you've been on my,
My lives,
I take people through this,
This process that I create and I call it,
I haven't come up with a sexier name for it yet,
But it's a simple process to help you get out of your head and into your heart.
And so any time a person feels thrown off or,
Oh my gosh,
That's not okay.
Or that's not peaceful.
Or,
You know,
Maybe it would be better if this or that,
That's a signal to me,
That's a signal from our collective intelligence that says,
Hey,
Drop into your heart.
So I want to take,
Take you through this exercise.
It's really quick.
And what you do is you start with your middle finger and your ring finger.
This touch is called the touch of an angel.
So we're going to use the touch of an angel to bring ourselves out of our head and into our heart.
So we just start by very,
Very gently tapping on our forehead just,
And we can do it with our eyes open or eyes closed.
Really focus on deep,
Deep breathing as you're doing this.
Nice,
Deep breath,
Letting go of any thoughts.
Good.
And now just tap gently three times on the bridge of your nose,
Three times on the tip of your nose,
And then tap very gently on your upper lip space between your nose and your lips.
Still breathing very deeply cleft of your chin.
And now what you're going to do is form your hand into just a light fist and all around your chest bone area,
Waking all that area up.
And now open your hand and place it over your heart and say out loud three times.
I live here.
I live here.
I do that every day.
And I don't know about you,
But I can feel I do live.
Did you feel that we created that together?
That was beautiful.
Yes.
Thank you for playing.
And I actually encourage anybody to do that.
Anytime you get discombobulated or thrown off or see something in social media or anything,
It's just beautiful.
You can do it.
You can do it out in public.
I do it in public often.
Wow.
Can I add one thing?
Yes.
It's just so amazing.
It's so beautiful when everything is in synchronicity because I had one other quote and it combined both of the last really important notions and it was by Maha Gosananda,
The famous Buddhist leader.
And he said,
When you make peace with yourself,
You make peace with the world.
And he also had three main words that he lived by,
Which was here,
Now,
This,
Which is the emphasis on the importance of being in the present.
And it's just beautiful how all the things that I think are the most vital are directing toward this notion of peace,
Presence,
Smiling,
Inner peace.
And it's everything that's encapsulated in this session.
So thank you,
Everyone.
Appreciate it.
I love that.
I live here.
I love that.
I'm going to definitely remember that.
I'm going to be using that.
Gina?
Okay.
Gosh,
I almost feel like there needs to be just a moment of quiet just to absorb some of this beauty that we're hearing.
And it is really amazing,
Desmond,
Just how things are flowing one into another.
And as people are talking,
I'm like,
Are they taking my thoughts out of my mind?
And so it's really just beautiful.
I guess I am not,
I don't really know very much about the Taoist practice of inner smile,
But it is something that I love,
And I do it my own way.
And it made me think of that,
And about especially how we're talking about being connected,
But starting,
We have to start within.
And so once we can smile within and at ourselves,
Then of course,
It has to emanate out.
And certainly,
For what I believe is that,
And peace to me is such a,
Sometimes it's a hard word.
I love to focus on the word love,
Because I think we forget that we are love.
That is only really what we are,
I believe.
And so is every one of us.
So somehow,
If we can connect to our love center,
Our heart,
Just like everybody's talking about,
I don't think there's a way that once we're really settled with that,
That we can't kind of spread out and see that there's love in everyone.
So that's my connection to people.
I really love all of the things that were said,
Though,
Like about being right.
And that's why I was thinking about maybe we just,
Taking a moment and not having to talk too much,
Not always having to have an answer.
But yeah,
Beautiful comments.
And thank you.
I'm so grateful to be here.
Thank you for that.
I love that you gave us that moment of silence,
Because I'm one of those people who's like,
Oh,
We got to fill up the silence all the time.
So I really appreciated that.
I think that's one of the only difficulties of the Insight Timer platform.
When you can't see people,
It's hard to gauge response.
But the silence and quiet is so valuable for us as a community,
And communally,
In communal ways,
But also just in terms of absorption,
Taking things in.
But it gets tricky here.
Absolutely.
Amos.
Hello,
Everyone.
I'm going to follow Gina.
And I want to continue this,
Letting the resonance and the echo from the previous speaker just move through us with a moment of silence before speaking.
I love that.
Taking a deep breath.
So what was arising for me to share was this teaching that oneness isn't necessarily where the differences dissolve,
But instead,
Where differences are no longer separating us from each other,
We can actually connect across those differences.
And empathy and compassion allows us to see through the very unique ways that we may be expressing things that can seem like they're different,
Or they can seem like they're opposed.
And for anyone,
Violet,
Who's resonating with Violet's situation,
Where there are many beautiful people,
They have different ideas or beliefs,
Is just this reminder that an idea is just a need in disguise.
It's a beautiful,
Precious human need.
And at the level of needs,
We all share them.
We share the need for love and for safety and for connection.
And if we just listen to what people are saying through this lens of needs,
Then we'll never feel this sense of protection arise or defensiveness arise,
Because you're like,
Oh,
I can understand that.
I can get behind that.
And then every time there's an expression,
It can actually bring us closer,
Because we see that which we share,
And we can connect and resonate more to that underneath.
And a few phrases that I think of that remind me of this is like empathy before education,
Is that before we want to educate others into our perspective or what we think is right,
Let's just let there be space just to hear each other.
And the other one is that agreement is overrated.
I have a beautiful connection,
An empathy connection,
With a dear friend of mine who I love so much.
We could not be more different in terms of what we believe.
Yeah,
We've cultivated a quality of connection with each other where,
You know,
No matter what,
I just feel so much love for him.
And so it's always good to have at least one relationship in your life where you can create that space and remind yourself of that deeper.
So blessings.
Thank you for inviting me here.
I feel so grateful to be here with all of you.
And I'm eager to hear everyone else's beautiful wisdom.
Yeah,
Thank you for that.
I think that line is gonna like be imprinted in my head forever.
An idea is just a need in disguise.
That was so beautifully said.
And I will definitely be thinking about that a lot.
Sabine?
Yes,
Huge gratitude,
Violet,
For putting this together and everybody bringing their wisdom.
I'm floored.
What I wanted to share was I preceded this Zoom call with the Institute for Noetic Sciences.
They just did their award there.
It was at the Linda O'Brien Award.
This research project was around non-linear,
Non-local consciousness,
Which I study with quantum physics.
And it speaks to the unity principle that we are all one.
That zero point,
One of you mentioned the zero point.
I'm sorry,
I don't remember which one of you it was.
But that is where we all merge and converge.
So it was beautiful.
And the principle of correspondence,
This is as within,
So without.
I think everybody has said it in their own unique ways.
And I love that.
Because it's true,
We have to be that which we desire in the world.
And then magically,
That's what we receive in the world.
And with polarity,
Speaking to everyone in our lovely United States,
Especially right now,
Understanding that two ends of an argument are actually the same thing.
They meet in the middle.
And it's that desire of ours to be right that just tends to bugger things up.
So yes,
I just wanted to say thank you.
And let's keep our hearts open and not need to be right.
Let's just be together.
Thank you.
Absolutely.
Manal,
I understand you were trying to say something,
And I'm going to let you speak next.
I would love to share.
This is so beautiful.
And the energy in the room is absolutely incredible.
It's such,
Such high vibration.
It just feels I'm tingling all over.
And I love everything that's been said.
So I can't even call out anybody.
But really,
This whole idea that we're all connected.
And I love the imagery as the drop being the ocean.
And that when we recognize that we're connected,
Then everything else becomes meaningless.
But here's the but.
We are humans.
We are human beings.
I was reading Bethany and her health plight.
And we're talking about arguments and how we feel in relationship and political and anger and sadness.
We are human beings.
And if we go straight to that spiritual connection,
And we don't really feel it,
What we're doing is we're turning off the expressions of our body.
And we're trying to bypass our human journey.
And I just see that every experience that we lead and we live as humans on this beautiful human journey is teach us through awareness,
Through all the things that we're teaching.
It's to teach us how to come back within to feel the peace,
The love,
The abundance,
The satisfaction,
The beauty within.
And when we feel our own internal state of purity,
Of unconditionalness,
Of infinite,
We said so many words and we felt it,
Then and only then can we connect to that greater mystery to one another,
Move from sympathy to empathy to compassion,
To out like love.
No matter what you're saying,
If it's polar to what I'm saying,
It doesn't really matter because I love you and you're on this journey.
And I understand that this journey is guiding you on a different path than me,
But it doesn't matter because the path leads to one point.
That point is beauty and love and unconditional isness of all of us.
So that's what I wanted to say.
And I wasn't sure what I was going to be able to say because everybody's is planting different seeds.
And I didn't know where I would end up coming to,
But we are all beautiful and you are beautiful in your pain and you're beautiful in your anger and you're beautiful in your sadness and you're beautiful in your frustration and you're beautiful at the political polls,
Whether you're right,
Left,
In between or,
And you're beautiful in your beauty and your peace.
And if you can't feel that peace sometimes,
You're still beautiful because that's your human journey.
And stop and feel it and love it and realize that it's giving you signals.
And the signals it's giving you might be to stop,
To pause.
It might be to run.
It might be to talk.
It might be to bathe.
It might be to meditate.
It might be to save someone or to talk to someone,
But enjoy that and then watch and enjoy the journey for us all to get back to everything.
That's it.
If I can keep going,
You all know me.
I love it.
Love it.
Love it.
Gloria.
Oh,
Good evening,
Everybody.
It's evening in Nairobi.
It's super exciting to share this space with you guys all.
And you can really see the joy in my face.
If you can see the smile on my face,
It's super,
Super beautiful to share this evening with you guys.
And before we get started,
Just tap with me,
Just that space above your heart,
That timeless area.
And then just remind yourself to bring your mind into your heart.
Just repeat,
My mind is in my heart.
So when we leave,
Continue.
The universe is dancing through,
Expressing.
I invite you to remember to process with your heart,
To see with your heart,
To think with your heart.
Because from the space of the heart,
As these magical teachers have shared this evening,
Is where we can truly embody peace.
Because there's this beautiful word from the Bantu in Africa,
And it's a word I live by.
It's Ubuntu.
And it translates to,
I am,
Because we are.
And as it's been said,
I am what I see in the world around me.
And if I am truly peace,
If I am truly peace,
If I've truly embodied the peace of the divine,
Would I truly see disharmony around me?
Or will I understand that all this breaks apart how the divine is dancing through?
That it doesn't matter what it is,
It's going outside.
My key priority is what is happening inside.
So when you look in the mirror,
See,
Do you see somebody fighting with themselves?
Do we see somebody who is denying parts of us?
Do we see somebody who's seeking to see themselves better and better and better every single day?
And when we get to this point,
Then we get to see that in every single thing that is happening around us,
All of it,
All of it is part of our grand plan.
All of it is part of our grand existence of the divine.
And from my heart,
I send peace to every single soul.
All from my heart,
The only thing I can truly give is a frequency that vibrates peace.
Because if our frequency doesn't align with our,
It will be very difficult to see our truly embodied peace.
So if you can,
Bring your mind to your heart and remember,
I am because we are.
And that every action that we do impacts the collective.
There is no hiding.
There's only pure awareness.
Back to you,
Violet.
That's beautiful.
I am because we are.
I love that.
Thank you.
Satima,
You're next.
It's so lovely to be here.
First of all,
I want to thank,
And I would like to go back to Carol's meditation.
While she was doing the meditation,
I was playing the seven chakra crystal balls I have here.
And although you could not listen to them because,
You know,
With Zoom sound can interfere.
The sound healing works through the quantum field.
That's why it works so well remotely.
So you were receiving sound healing at the same time.
And it was beautiful because there are specific,
There were two crystal balls that were more in need to be played.
The first one was the root chakra.
And what I felt was,
Although the root chakra is very connected to grounding,
To mother nature,
I felt,
I heard the words real many times with the intention of being real in our interactions.
And examples that were coming to my mind while Carol was speaking and while I was playing were,
You know,
When you are texting someone,
Feel the person.
Don't get used to a screen.
Don't get used to speak to a screen.
Because if you can remember yourself every time you text,
Every time you speak with someone on the phone,
Even every time you think about someone,
If you can feel that person's energy,
You are closer to that person.
And you are bringing this oneness,
This connection that we are all part of the nature.
We are all part of the universe.
We are all together more than through a phone number or more through,
You know,
Other ways that we have.
The second crystal ball that was really resonating a lot,
Interesting,
It was not the heart chakra.
It was the sacral chakra.
And the sacral is very connected to relationships,
Also to creativity,
Which we also have here,
A lot of creativity happening in this life.
I was feeling especially,
You know,
When you are nine months inside your mom's belly,
You are receiving lots of energy.
Sometimes you are receiving,
You know,
Traumas from other generations,
You know,
Family.
And there was a reminder here of every trigger you feel with someone else is an opportunity for healing within ourselves.
It's like a trigger,
A reminder that we carry so many things that sometimes are not ours.
And if you are asking yourself,
Why is this happening to me?
And I know that since the full moon we had in October,
It was very intense.
So good to know today is noon.
So today is a wonderful moment to get your intentions.
And there are a lot of lights here.
I'll be playing the crystal balls today also here on this side timer.
So today is a beautiful moment to set the intentions,
To understand,
Okay,
I have all these triggers.
This is what I want.
These are my intentions.
I really want this.
So whatever you are feeling,
Bring that mantra.
And I would like just for a few seconds,
Not bring silence,
But to play the heart singing ball,
The heart chakra.
I'll be just in a few seconds,
But during those seconds,
You can put your hands in your heart and just feel,
Just be real.
I feel that what I want to share today is just be real.
Remember yourself that even through these screens and all the oceans we have in the middle of us,
We are real.
We are souls that are connected.
So whatever mantra you want to say,
You can feel it now.
That was beautiful.
Unfortunately,
Zoom does not work with this sound,
So we couldn't hear it,
But I could feel it.
People might feel the vibration in their heart chakra because like I said,
It works through the quantum field.
Yes.
Thank you.
Thank you.
I so wanted to hear it too.
And then I was like,
Oh,
It's not coming through.
Thank you so much for that.
And Carly.
Yes.
And I just want to say yes.
And for every single person who has shared yes.
And yes.
And yes.
And because I think it was Manuel who said it's like they're picking the stuff out of my brain because everything everybody has said has just resonated so deeply.
The smile.
Yes.
The,
You know,
The pause,
The working from within,
Because I truly believe that's where peace comes from as well,
Coming from here.
And what helps us with peace from within is gratitude.
For me,
It's that we can work towards the things that we want,
But we can also be grateful for the things that we currently have as well.
And so there's another little poem that I wanted to read because for me,
Poetry speaks to us in ways that's so profound.
So this one's called The List by Karen Michelle Miller.
The food on my table,
The bed where I lie,
The one special person on whom I rely,
The lessons I've learned over the years,
The happy endings that bring me to tears,
The people who love me in spite of myself,
The photos of loved ones I keep on a shelf,
Music that brings my soul to its knees to live in a country where I am free,
Being alone in my own special place,
Having been touched by the power of grace.
Search your heart and you'll find before long your gratitude list goes endlessly on,
For blessed are those not who have more,
But those who know what to be grateful for.
And for me,
Gratitude,
One of the biggest things,
One of my absolute favorite quotes to be,
You know,
About being gratitude is there's so much that we can get and receive and be in this life.
And while we are trying to gain more,
Whether it's more physical,
More perspective,
More growth,
Whatever it is,
You know,
We've been gifted with this beautiful thing called life and life is our cup.
And there's so many people that,
And everybody's entitled to their own perspective because it's what our journeys all are,
Is what Alejandro was saying earlier,
You know,
We don't have to force other people to see our side.
You know,
Our glass isn't always just half empty or half full.
For me,
Gratitude is the fact that A,
I have a glass and B,
That glass is actually refillable.
So wherever you are and however your cup starts,
Whether your cup starts empty or whether your cup already starts full,
It is refillable.
And so,
You know,
Use your cup to find that for yourself,
That peace within from your breath,
From your smile,
From your growth,
From everything,
You know,
Take all the teachings from all these gifts and the blessings that these beautiful teachers here on Insight Timer can give you and,
You know,
Fill your own cup that's,
You know,
Overflow it as much as you can.
So yeah,
And I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Violet and Mel for putting this on and,
You know,
For inviting me again onto here,
Because I'm sure you guys are probably starting to get sick of seeing my face up here on these cameras,
But I'm so,
So blessed and honoured to be part of such an amazing community and such an amazing little panel that we've got here.
A little,
It's not really little,
But on my screen it's little,
But you know,
This panel is amazing.
And yeah,
I have to say the one that has really stood out to me the most really was Gloria,
Because especially during Carol's beautiful meditation,
Which I was drinking my cacao while I was doing that.
And even though it was stone cold by the end,
It was just the most powerful,
You know,
I could just,
I was tasting the words as I was drinking and it was beautiful.
So thank you very much,
Carol.
But Gloria,
While Carol was doing her meditation and you were just like,
I was like,
Damn,
I want what's in her headphones.
Like it's so good to see,
You know,
How we all respond so differently to such beautiful energy and beautiful words.
So thank you very much,
Everybody.
Thank you.
And no,
No,
We are not getting tired of seeing you silly.
Pablo.
Hi,
Everyone.
I am,
I want to share something that I learned from music and from psychology.
I'm not very fluent in English.
I very insane.
I need to speak in English,
But you forgive my mistakes.
I think we need to understand that in life have two different poles,
Positive and negative.
That's energy.
There is no positive energy or negative energy.
When someone says to you have very good energy,
There is no good energy,
There is energy and energy has two poles.
Then we need to understand that the difficult of the lives is the thing that make life very amazing,
Very good.
We have attraction and repulsion.
We don't need only repulsion or only attraction.
We need both.
If you are watching a movie and in the movie,
Nothing difficult happens,
That is a bad movie.
What is a good movie?
When there are very difficult things to resolve,
Then the problem is the key of the life,
Not the solution,
The problem,
Because problem makes you happy.
When you solve the problems,
You need to climb a mountain and it's an easy mountain.
You did nothing.
If it's a hard mountain,
A tough one,
A hardest one,
You at the end,
You are very proud of you that you did it.
If I have one sound,
There is no music.
I need other sounds to not combine good with that first sound,
But to make tension with that sound.
That is music.
When I say pa-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa,
Yes,
Tension and relaxation.
You need tension in life.
It's not only peace,
It's a moment,
Like the moment goes and there is tension,
Then relaxation.
It's bad to be in tension always,
But it's bad to be in relaxation always,
Because that is death.
You are doing nothing.
You are in a complete relaxation.
Then we need to understand that when we have problems,
It's very good,
Because we are warriors to solve,
To resolve that problems.
When you don't have problems,
You start to not knowing what to do in your life.
The problems are the key of your life.
Only there is bad man,
Because there is a joker.
If there is no joker,
There is no bad man,
You know.
If you only have one color,
I was looking at Siri doing her beautiful painting.
She needs different colors.
You need,
Look,
The blue and the red.
The blue and the red,
They are opposite to each other,
And that opposite makes sense at the end of the time.
Then,
This is what I want to share.
Problems and difficulties are the motor,
The fuel,
The gasoline of the life.
Thank you so much.
That was beautiful.
Now,
I want to start singing,
We Are The World.
Somebody had mentioned that before.
Fortunately,
I cannot sing,
So you're safe.
Yeah.
Kayla.
Oh,
Pablo,
That was beautiful.
Thank you so much for sharing all of that.
Yeah,
And I was also going to call out Siri,
Because absolutely beautiful.
So much happening in there.
Check it out if you can't,
If you haven't looked.
I want to say some kind of off of what Pablo was saying,
Because something that's been coming up for me a lot in a lot of the lives that I do is this idea that every time we come up to a challenge,
We have the opportunity to teach.
We have the opportunity to show ourselves that the impossible,
And every single time come up to a challenge,
Moving through and pushing through that challenge,
We have this moment of,
I can't,
I can't,
I can't,
I can't.
And yet,
We get to the other side.
And once we've gotten to that other side,
You have literally is in fact,
And I just,
As you were saying that,
As you were saying Pablo,
That's exactly what it is,
Because we're in such a huge time right now of changing.
We're all stepping big growth moments,
And they're not going to feel good right away.
These are,
It's those moments of needing to move through that growth importance,
The happy place on the other side,
All part of it.
And the thing that I,
What I asked,
What I wanted to,
To this,
I work with human design,
Anyone who's been on my lives,
I teach classes on human design here.
And the biggest thing with human is this idea that every single one of us is a unique and beautiful being who is here to bring something very specific and special and beautiful to the world,
Which means that every single one of us has a different purpose.
And there are certain people here who are literally the,
Their purpose is to create friction so that we can move through,
Is to create arguments,
Is to have these kinds of like intense moments so that we can mutate,
So that we can evolve as humanity through all of these things that then prove to ourselves that we can achieve impossible.
And so I just kind of want to put that out there with this idea that there is,
There is a shift.
There's all of these things going on and every single one of us bring something completely to table,
Bring something completely unique.
And that's the point,
You know,
Someone here said something about like,
You know,
Agreement,
Not being the goal,
You know,
Like what is,
What is in agreement?
If we all were the same,
It would be,
What are we doing,
You know?
And so,
Yeah.
And I think the other thing on this with the human design concept,
Anyone who knows human design,
There's defined and undefined centers.
Our undefined centers are places where we bring in empathy,
Are places where we can understand each other deeply.
Understanding each other deeply can sometimes feel overwhelming.
And so to give yourself the space to clear so that you can step into that space of active listening and be present with what's coming in for you.
And then our defined centers,
These are the energies that we bring with us into the room.
And to acknowledge that,
For instance,
If you have defined mind and head centers,
You're bringing in ideas,
You're bringing in concepts into whatever room you go into and knowing that you are bringing that energy with you and you have a responsibility to that energy.
So it's this kind of give and take of being a human and knowing that you are here on a unique journey and that your unique journey is tied to every single other person who you come in contact with.
They're taking you in,
You're taking them in,
You're offering their offering.
So I think that's all I wanted to say.
Thank you so much,
Violet and Melanie,
For making this happen.
This is so beautiful.
Thank you.
Ali?
Well,
As ever,
When these things happen,
Everybody said all the things that you want to say by the time you get there,
Because we're all on the same track.
But I do want to say I'm so grateful to Pablo and then to Kayla as well for saying about this dissonance,
This tension,
Because we need that dissonance and that harmony.
And what I wanted to sort of like,
Just to stress a little bit,
Is that peace is not the avoidance of conflict.
And we can chase world peace till the cows come home,
But we will never find it until we have that inner peace first.
And we only get that inner peace by moving through the tensions,
Through the conflict,
Through the dissonance and everything that comes our way.
But that starts when we,
Exactly what Kayla was just sort of saying,
Was talking about,
Is it starts when we begin to accept that we don't lose ourselves in oneness,
We gain ourselves in oneness.
That it's the finding of our individuality and our purpose and accepting who we are that allows us to find that inner peace that allows us to move through the world in a more peaceful way.
So I was certainly at the beginning of this,
I was listening and everyone sounds so serene and so calm.
And I just want to say to everybody who's watching,
If you're just sitting there thinking,
How the hell do I get and aspire to that level of serenity?
Well,
We don't all feel like that all the time.
And that's not what peace is.
Peace is a journey.
It's a journey of peace,
You know,
That's what we're on.
And it's,
We achieve it by really feeling what we're made of.
To find that,
That we have this,
Well he was talking about the sacral a minute ago,
With that creativity.
It's about letting that inner creativity,
That soul-led creativity,
Move into your expression so you can find out who you are.
And then you'll find a level of peace that is available to you.
And then that changes how you engage in the world.
And then that ripples out exactly as Carol had us going through with the meditation.
It just ripples out.
And it's profound.
If you want to ever ask yourself,
What can I do that is the most profound thing for world peace?
It's to find it for yourself,
Because it changes how you move through the world.
It changes everyone's experiences of life,
Because everything around you.
That was me.
Thank you.
Helen.
Thank you.
Good evening,
Everybody.
Just,
Yeah,
So blessed here.
Wow.
And Gloria,
Thank you for bringing Ubuntu in circle.
And this is what this is.
We're in a circle.
And I invite you to take a moment and visualize,
Feel,
And imagine us all sitting together,
Real life.
You've got people next to you,
Next to them,
Across from you.
Just be with that for a moment.
Visualize that.
Close your eyes,
But feel as a beautiful,
Huge circle.
How big would that be?
And take a moment to person next,
And feel the person on the other side.
Look at the people across,
On the opposite side.
And if visualizing is not you,
Feel that.
Feel in these beautiful,
Represent everybody here.
Now,
Can you drop into your heart?
Can you open it up?
Feel your heart flower.
Feel that,
That light and love.
And now,
I ask,
Can you bring that into the center of the circle?
Imagine we're all sending our heart love into,
And we have got the brew of our tea,
Of our wine.
And this is available for us,
On tap,
For us to drink from,
To absorb.
So take from this pot,
And breathe into every cell of your body,
Every layer,
Every level.
Feel this love.
Feel this presence.
As we're already,
It's love,
It's expression.
So many different types,
Colors,
Sounds,
Emotions.
Whatever you feel that it's here,
It's available.
All you have to do is breathe it in.
And thank you everybody for being part of the Talking Circle Healing.
That's what I'm really,
A lot of deep gratitude.
Thank you.
Shannon.
Hello,
Everyone.
I'm grateful to be here today.
And thank you to Violet and Melanie for holding space for us.
And I'm grateful for all the teachers here and all their wisdom,
Because often when we're teachers,
We kind of solo journey and kind of have to bring in our own energy.
And so it's nice to have so many other people here to be able to also be in spiritual connection with,
Along with all of our beautiful people on Insight Timer.
And so I'm grateful to be here today.
And what I would like to offer is a mantra or a song for us to hold the space of peace and loving kindness and joy and happiness.
So I'm going to share this mantra with you.
May I be filled with loving kindness.
May I be well.
May I be peaceful and at ease and happy.
May I be happy.
May you be filled with loving kind.
May you be well.
May you be peaceful and at ease and happy.
May you be happy.
May we be filled with loving kind.
May we be well.
May we be peaceful and at ease and happy.
May we be happy.
Thank you.
Wait,
I had another hand up.
Where'd you go,
Gloria?
Did you put your hand down?
I saw your hand was up.
I'm here.
Did you want to add something?
Don't run away.
No,
I'm here.
So thank you.
Thank you for that,
Violet.
And Helen,
This is a cycle.
I absolutely agree with you.
And in this cycle,
I wanted to add something.
I tend to look at forgiveness as releasing a strand of light that was blocked by darkness within our hearts.
And one of the biggest things that I would really invite us to do in this period is to invite the energy of love and particularly just to play with hope because we find ourselves charged up.
We might find ourselves giving opinion or we might even be feeling this way at the moment.
And even after hearing all these wonderful words shared,
A part of you is in doubt.
This is a space I'd like us to invite the energy for self and for the collective,
For the people who would be moving things in ways that do not agree with your core values and for ourselves as well for having the energy to judge because that's not about upon us to do so.
The concept of I am sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
And I love you.
It's very simple,
But incredibly powerful words that we can utilize all the time as we try to send and find peace within us to invite the concept of because without that,
Without true forgiveness,
We're hiding our true feelings,
Aren't we?
So let's bring in that energy as well.
Energy of forgiveness.
That's what I wanted to add Violet.
Thank you.
And Catherine.
I'm unmuted now.
Sorry.
I just wanted to say that I love Inside Timer so much because I feel like we're travelers on,
You know,
I'm coming from a sunny day here in California,
People all over the world.
We are all together and it just gives me goosebumps.
And I believe in the fact that we are talking about the best case scenario,
That the peace,
The world could be at peace.
And we are literally embodying that.
And Inside Timer should have the peace prize,
You know,
The Nobel Peace Prize.
We should nominate them because they are literally spreading peace around the world.
They literally are because you put on the news,
Everyone in the world's watching the worst case scenario.
Everyone's got bombarded by negativity and fear.
And what are we doing?
We're putting pebbles of peace into the pond of pure potentiality.
And Rumi said,
I'll meet you at the field.
And quite frankly,
We're all adding positivity to that field.
We're helping balance this world,
Literally spreading peace,
One peaceful person at a time.
All these wonderful people who download the app and buy a subscription,
28 million or 30 million now have this app.
I mean,
We are like,
You know,
The Maharishi experiments where,
You know,
There's a tipping point.
There's going to be someone where you affect the evolution of humankind.
Everybody's going to be like,
What are we doing?
They're going to wake up,
And they're going to like,
Cisco,
Why am I hurting anybody?
You know,
I don't want to hurt anyone.
And so that's all I want to say.
I'm probably,
You know,
This is one of my favorite topics in the world.
So I just wanted to be a part of it.
And I want to say thank you to all of you.
And thank you to Inside Timer.
And I've met some amazing teachers today.
I want to follow all of you.
So somehow,
Violet,
You got to give me this list.
I have a list,
The link in my teacher's profile.
So yes,
Please follow them.
Dina agreed to do a closing for us.
And Carly,
I see you have your hand up.
But before we get to anything else,
Because we could be here all day,
Like I will not leave.
But I want,
You know,
I want to be cognizant.
I know people have things scheduled.
Dina is willing to do a closing for us.
And I would love to do that now.
And it doesn't mean we have to go when you're done.
You know,
We can continue.
But I just want to make sure I get to that.
So I'm going to let you take it away.
Thank you.
Thank you.
So let's all breathe in together.
Because we were not kidding when we said to summon.
Peace is an energy of which you are born of love and peace.
Because you chose it.
Because your being has never been born.
So do not fear.
And it is your right to summon.
For it is of.
So whatever continent you're on,
Everyone listens.
Breathing.
Whatever ground is under your feet,
Feel it.
For every being here is holding the rod,
The lightning rod that you are of in the space.
And there is no space.
Do not so claim your right to summon.
And we summon it by breathing into our heart.
Feeling the air come through our nose and into our lungs.
And the air interconnects us just like space.
Within this world,
In this atmosphere,
We share the same air.
I breathe it in and out,
And so do you.
Our interconnectedness is in our oneness.
So as the air shows us how to be one by breathing in this air,
This energy,
This frequency of love that air is.
And it merges with our bodies through our lungs.
And it rejects no one.
You are acceptable to love because you are love.
And you're the counterpart to the air on this planet because you.
So you're the counterpart to love.
So breathing in.
Let the air which is love merge with the being of love that you are.
Let the vibrations find each other and embrace in your lungs.
Let it fill your bloodstream and your every cell.
Let it fill the space between the atoms that vibrate your body.
And they vibrate tuned to the peace and the love that you are.
So not only is it your right to summon,
It is you.
You are the universe.
And if you call for peace,
It is there because you are the universe.
As we breathe in and merge with air in the same space that we find the vibration of our own being,
I also find you.
Will you meet me here and hold that space within your own being like a lightning rod into the ground that you are standing on?
And as together we surround this entire planet,
We call it.
We call in peace to calm the fear.
We call in peace to calm the mind,
To calm the verbal dialogue that we call working it out.
It will not be our leader that guide us,
But we will guide ourselves by being the vibration of peace.
We summon it.
We call it in.
We surround this planet.
It pierces through our bodies into the earth and it is joined by our planet.
It says,
Think,
Let's grow here on this earth.
Let us,
Let the flowers bloom with the vibration.
Let the trees grow.
Let it come up to the feet of everyone on this planet because it is not the words we speak that is ours.
It is the vibration of our own being.
And so together in one you breathing and vibrating peace.
Me breathing you and vibrate.
All of us together wrapping peace around this planet,
Piercing through the soil,
Our feet,
Everywhere.
And not worried about being right or wrong or conversation.
We match the peaceful vibration that is the center of where she grew our body.
We resonated.
We wrap it around her.
We embrace her as she embraces us in the womb of this atmosphere of the planet.
And we are all here in the same womb.
You will never,
You will never be separate.
You will never,
You will always be.
Fear not.
And bring the peace of that knowing to your heart and through your and into your mind to calm your own feeling.
For your thoughts do not know you eternal,
But your breath and your vibration have nothing to because we are here to shift the consciousness of this planet to the space of peace.
We summon it with the authority of being the universe.
And we don't do it from a cocky space,
But from the relaxed awareness that we are not separate from each other this earth.
And we are not separate from peace.
And that which looks like chaos around us is the opportunity to share peace so that we shift the consciousness of this planet.
And thank you so much for taking the time to vibrate in unison with love and peace for this planet.
No soul is separate or unloved in this moment.
No child,
No adult,
No animal,
No plant.
Because we have surrounded this planet in the awareness of our oneness and peace.
And we recognize that the earth called us here to support and encourage this space.
So we are not afraid.
We are the summoner of peace.
Thank you.
That was so beautiful.
I had chills the whole time.
And you know,
I was sitting here thinking that when Melanie and I decided to do this,
As I always do,
I had no plan.
And the way this unfolded is just amazing.
You know,
Everybody who joined,
All of you who contributed,
Because I never have an agenda.
I never know what I'm doing.
And I feel like with all of you,
It just comes together.
Like,
You know,
I feel like my purpose is just to make sure the tech works.
So thank you everybody so much.
I want to point out again that Siri has been making this beautiful drawing.
Please show that.
I just took a Wow.
I mean,
Gorgeous.
Absolutely.
Yes,
That's amazing.
I can't wait to see it like big.
And Blossom Violet also composed some music while we were doing this.
I can't wait to hear that.
Thank you,
Carol,
For that beautiful beginning that you gave us.
And Dina,
You know,
Thank you.
I mean,
I'm speechless.
From everything that everybody shared.
And if anybody else has anything they want to share,
You know,
I just wanted to make sure that we gave everybody time.
I'm not going anywhere just yet.
If anybody else has anything that they want to add,
Please feel free.
Carly,
Carly,
You were waiting patiently.
Go right ahead.
No,
It's okay.
I'll just 10 seconds.
I just was shuffling a card while we're finishing up.
And ironically,
Like you can't make this stuff up.
I'm sorry,
You can't make this stuff up.
I don't know if anybody saw I was shuffling.
I went quickly grabbed it.
And the card is a blessing for the right words.
Like,
And that's what Dina was saying.
As you know,
In we talked about,
You know,
With Alejandro that it doesn't have to be only your opinion,
It doesn't have to be only your perspective.
But when we use the right words,
We can create either peace or chaos.
So I think this is a beautiful card to come out to remind us that the words that we speak out loud,
But also the words we say to ourselves can create that sense of peace,
Either inside or outside.
So I just wanted to quickly share.
It's from the deck,
Blessed Be by Lucy Cavendish.
So everybody,
A blessing for the right words.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Melanie's been very quiet.
So I'm going to let Melanie talk.
I know you have something to say.
I don't have anything to say except for thank you,
Everyone.
I appreciate you and I love you.
And it has been so incredibly beautiful.
I'm going to take a picture of Siri's artwork and make sure that I share it on socials.
And Siri also has her own social that you could check it out on for sure.
It's really special.
If you haven't been to her lives,
She does a lot of channeling of art and it's,
They're very special.
And so Jill just wrote,
I'm grateful.
280 plus people.
Yeah,
Me too.
Amazing.
Amazing.
I really believe we did some good,
Spread some good ripples here today.
I'm so grateful to all the teachers and all the community.
And again,
If any other teachers,
Anybody who hasn't spoken,
Who has,
If you have anything you want to add before we end the live,
Please do.
Siri,
That is so beautiful.
I love that.
And I love how you can do that while you're like,
I don't know,
Like you're doing something.
It's amazing to me.
That's such a,
Such a gift.
Beautiful.
I made it a spotlight so people could see it closer.
Thank you.
Beautiful.
This is reversed for you.
So you read peace the wrong way,
But peace is peace.
This is the first that came through.
I know you can see the gold.
It's,
It's not even dry yet.
It will be dry and you will be able to see it on my social medias and other places.
We can find a way to share it while it's in Melanie.
And the second one that came through,
I always let things come through.
It's not what I do,
But what's come through.
And this was the second one.
And it's brilliant how it merges into what everyone has been saying about everything being everything.
And we're all connected and disagreement or agreement is overrated.
This is just the chaos.
And like Pablo said,
We need a contrast.
And I love the contrasts of chaos and peace and colors and white and every,
What have you.
So they're both available.
We can make prints of them if you want to,
And we can have them on mugs,
T-shirts,
Just reach out and we'll see something about that and share the peace in the world.
And I'm so happy to do this.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
That is so beautiful.
And yes,
Absolutely.
I want whatever you may print shirts.
I don't care.
I want one I just want to mention very quickly.
Can you all hear me?
Yep.
I just want to mention quickly what I created.
I actually created a spontaneous improvisation.
I actually did two,
But first one is not very suitable.
So the second one that I played,
This was after Pablo spoke about,
You know,
The,
You need the chaos and you need the,
The,
The peacefulness.
So what I,
The music I created was,
It contains both.
So I started creating,
I'm talking about the second track now,
The second I created,
I started creating and then finish off with dinner talking.
So it sort of got more and more sort of peaceful.
So it started kind of peaceful.
And then there was a bit of buildup somewhere in between there and ended up with more sort of peacefulness.
So I just want to explain the process of that spontaneous improvisation on my piano.
So I,
I'm not sure what to call it a peaceful pause.
Maybe I'm not sure if anyone has any suggestions,
Please put that in,
In my group.
So yeah,
It's,
It's such a wonderful place to be with this wonderful community.
I just want to thank everybody.
Thank Melanie,
Violet and everybody.
And yeah,
It's so amazing to be here.
It's worth waking up early for.
Had a bit of trouble sleeping last night.
So thank you everybody.
Love to you all.
Thank you.
And thank you everybody again for being with us.
Anybody else before I end the live,
I don't want to cut anybody off.
If there's anybody,
Any parting words before we go,
Feel free to jump in.
I just wanted to say too,
I did create a meditation that should be available next week around feeling hopeless.
Here's what we can do.
And so it should be available next week.
It's a track and it's available for folks who would like to do another meditation of that sort.
Wonderful.
Thank you.
Anybody else before we go?
Hi everyone.
This is Myesha.
Thank you for letting me join.
Late Violet.
I really appreciate that.
It was so beautiful.
I just really enjoyed being in the space and in the energy and receiving.
And all of this is just so right on time.
I'm so grateful to just be among so many beautiful souls,
Like really anchoring this energy into the earth,
Into our bodies right now.
And being an embodiment practitioner,
I agree with the sentiment that we can create world peace by embodying it,
By creating within.
So in the spirit of that,
I have a live,
A little bit later today,
444 Pacific Time,
Summoning Prana,
Summoning Peace with Prana.
So we will be doing that exactly,
Using the breath and our prana to embody a felt sensation.
So you're welcome to join me and I'm really grateful for this space.
You know,
Anchoring that into our bodies is an antidote for these times and no weapon formed against us shall prosper.
So thank you for allowing me to join and be here.
So grateful.
Thank you.
Violet,
I have one last thing to say since I forgot,
And you're going to edit this out.
I don't know if you guys can see my candle.
It is from Myesha's company,
My Evolving Wellness.
I bought Healed Healer and I bought another one that she has called Gather.
And they're not just any candle.
They're incredibly special and I can't even express just how special they are.
So thank you Myesha.
I'm going to order one of each.
Well,
She's got eight,
Right?
I like the two that you picked though.
I've seen them.
I keep looking at her site trying to figure out which one I want.
I like the two you got.
Do you send to Australia?
Thank you so much.
I appreciate you.
Violet,
I want to say one last thing.
I want to say that I enjoyed this myself so much today.
I want to say one last quote I think from Cicero is that peace is liberty in tranquility.
And that is exactly what I felt today.
And I want to thank everyone for such beautiful words,
Wise words,
Just serene words and calming.
And I mean,
I came on wanting to offer it,
But I received it.
And I want to thank everyone for that and all the listeners and people that joined today as well because your energy was right here as well.
Thank you so much.
Thank you.
And yeah,
I enjoyed this so much too.
And I can't wait to listen to it again.
I will upload the replay.
So that's the nice part about what I do is I get to hear it again.
So thank you again.
If there's anybody else before we go who wants to add anything,
It's your last chance.
Alejandra,
You go ahead.
Go for it.
Go for it.
Go for it.
I just wanted,
I always end my lives with my love always.
And I wanted to thank everybody.
I received so much and I'm vibrating all over and my body feels amazing for a Friday afternoon.
And,
And it's not about what we say,
How we feel.
And today there was such a pure energy from all of you,
Whether you were chatting or all the beautiful jurors and Violet,
Melanie.
So thank you.
I feel the message and the words slipped in there.
My love always.
Thank you.
And Alejandro.
This has definitely been one of my favorite sessions being in unity and being one with some teachers who I personally follow and study from and study with Carol,
Maisha,
Jill,
Pablo.
Ah,
What an honor.
And I promised myself I wasn't going to cry.
You already know I cried twice.
So I'll say Shannon,
That's on you for the first one.
And that's your second one.
So thank you.
Thank you so much,
Melanie.
Thank you so much,
Violet,
For,
For listening to spirit,
For listening to the call and for saying yes.
I think I always say this when in one of the ask your lives like Carly,
I feel like one of the others here.
But thank you.
Thank you for the spirit of unity that you bring to the community for the spirit of,
Of love and acceptance.
And,
And it's,
It's beautiful to see so many teachers who teach from different perspectives,
United with one with one purpose,
Just being together and being love and embodying whatever that looks like.
So thank you.
And thank you all so much for everyone.
So yeah,
Just thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
You and you know,
I don't consider myself a teacher.
I consider myself a conduit.
I'm here to bring us all together.
So thank you for saying that.
That was beautiful.
And Alejandro,
You probably cried because I couldn't cry while I was singing.
So you did it for me.
All right.
So with that,
I am going to say goodbye to everybody.
Thank you for this time.
Amazing.
Totally amazing.
I'm so grateful.
Goodbye,
Everybody.
Thank you.
Thank you,
Melanie.
Yeah,
Thank you.
And thanks to everybody who joined too.
Beautiful.
