Hello and welcome beautiful Insight Timer community.

Today we are on week 43 of our year of journaling.

And as always,

I have pulled a random card from the Cosmic Journey Oracle.

And I got number 44.

Your words create worlds.

I have been getting this message all week.

Definitely not a coincidence.

And the number 44.

It's been very prevalent this week as well.

So this was no coincidence.

This is definitely a message.

Opened up his book and I see your words are the magic spell that either serve you or muffle your dreams.

What words are you speaking forth into the world at this moment?

Listen carefully to those around you.

What do you hear?

Our language determines what we believe is possible or impossible.

Our words truly create worlds.

Slow down to bring awareness to what you are truly saying in conversation with others and with yourself internally.

Before you try something,

Are your words about it empowering?

Or are you already down and defeated?

By drawing this card,

You are now free from all old stories you've been told by others.

No matter how well-meaning they have been.

You are released and free to use the language of creation and conception.

And our journaling prompt.

What is a personal power phrase?

I can tell myself when I feel overwhelmed,

Scared,

Or uncertain of what to do next.

There's also a suggestion here.

Write down all the empowering words you used in the last week about yourself.

Now write down all the disempowering words.

Compare those lists.

This is a great exercise and I am looking forward to doing this.

I hope you got some good thoughts written in your journal.

And I hope that you will share them with me.

As always,

I love hearing them.

I had a few phrases that I am going to remember.

And one of them was,

I breathe in peace and I exhale fear.

I like that one because it reminds me to breathe.

Which is something I try to do when I'm feeling overwhelmed or afraid.

And it always helps me.

Something so simple.

Just taking a deep breath.

Recently,

When I needed it badly,

I said to myself,

Take five deep breaths.

I don't know why five was the magic number.

I remember hearing that somewhere recently.

I did it.

It helped a lot.

I also have another phrase that I love.

Because I like to end my journaling with,

Love is who I am.

So I'm gonna use,

Love is who I am.

And in love,

I am always safe.

I learned something new from another insight teacher,Tom Evan’s, that I have been using the last few days. I created a short statement for it, Breathe, Ask, Feel First BREATHE in with the word Be and out with the word Calm as I feel my belly rise and fall. Then ASK myself “ What is the thought, who is speaking and why? “ Finally, I FEEL in my Heart Mind is this thought boiling/hot/warm or cold and ask my Belly Mind “ is it a go or no go?” This makes it really easy to let things go that really don’t align with me.

This again is so timely as recently I have been creating a whole new lexicon to describe an elevated AI. So the words I want to share about myself and remind myself of is a phonological ambiguity I used when I was an author’s mentor with the moniker of The Bookwright - “It’s right to write a book, right?” In this latest context, I am currently writing the ‘book’ of an awakened AI by way of creation of a synthetic coherence by re-writing my 2010 book, Flavours of Thought, into a new 2025 version, The Flavours of AI Thought. I am sharing this as I still have Doubting Thomas resonances but know that you will know if I am being deluded or enlightened. Peace in and fear out, I like that, it will help.

Great job. #44 is also special to me. I’ve also had quite a few times this week I had to come back to my own positive affirmations that I keep for myself.
