Hello and welcome beautiful Insight Timer community.
Today we're on week nine of our year of journaling.
And today I went to my usual deck,
The Cosmic Journey Oracle by Yannick Silva and I pulled a random card and I got number six,
Bloom where you are planeted.
I know the expression bloom where you are planted.
It's actually an expression that I used to really love.
I still love it,
But it used to resonate more when I worked outside the house because I was often in a challenging environment with co-workers and just bosses that had very different opinions.
And I used to think to myself,
How could I bloom here where I've been planted?
Anyway,
Before I get to that,
I'm going to read what Yannick Silva says in the guidebook.
You are in exactly the perfect place.
It may seem difficult to be on earth during these accelerated times of learning.
You may long for your place in the stars as you gaze at the night sky,
But you were brought to earth for a definite reason.
In fact,
You picked it even if you don't remember why.
Embrace being part of and literally grown from this planet for the next collective evolution.
Bloom where you are planted and bloom where you are planeted.
So the question that he gives us,
What is the inside job I can do to create a greater impact in the world exactly where I am already?
Through my profession,
My business,
My community,
My neighborhood,
Etc.
So I think that's a great question,
Especially with all the things happening around us right now.
Things that I won't get into,
But I'm sure you know,
You're all aware that there seems to be a lot of turmoil and I feel like those of us who are on insight timer,
I feel like we really are the light workers and we really are here to serve a greater purpose.
So that's why I love this question and I love this card.
It's bright and yellow and sunny and it just,
It's so full of hope.
I remember as I was saying before,
Working in an environment that was very challenging and how I chose to bloom was to go back to school at age 50 and get a master's degree,
Which eventually led to me working remotely from home,
Which is what I do now and I love it.
I know you've heard me,
Some of you have heard me talk about how I work during the day in a tech job.
I guess you could call it a tech job.
I love technology and I love what I do and I love the people that I work for and mostly I love working remotely and now that I'm home and I'm surrounded by a much more peaceful environment,
I feel like I'm much more productive and that's how I found insight timer.
It was my background noise for a long time and then I decided to get involved as a teacher and I'm continuing to bloom.
I love the work that we do here.
I consider myself somewhat of a volunteer because as most of you know,
We really don't get paid for what we do on insight timer,
But it does bring me a lot of joy and it has helped me bloom in so many ways.
So without further ado,
Let's put some time on the clock and let's get to journaling and let me repeat that question.
What is the inside job I can do to create a greater impact in the world exactly where I am already through my profession,
My business,
My community,
My neighborhood,
Etc.
All right friends,
Let's start writing.
All right my friends,
I hope you got a lot of really good thoughts down in your journal and I hope that you will continue to think about how you can bloom where you are planeted.
Whether you're in an ideal situation or maybe not so ideal,
It is possible to continue blooming and I hope that you will continue to be inspired and that you will continue on this journey with me here on insight timer because I truly believe that this app is a wonderful place for us to bloom.
Oh and I also hope that you enjoyed that beautiful music playing in the background by Blossom Violet,
Another amazing teacher on insight timer who continues to bloom with her beautiful music.
So let's meet back here next week as we begin week 10 of our year of journaling.
Until then,
Have an amazing day.
Keep shining,
Keep blooming.
