A Year Of Journaling With The Violets - Week 8

Over the next 52 weeks, we'll use journaling as a tool for deep self-discovery—a chance to reflect, embrace, and shape your future with honesty and without fear. Each week a new Oracle card provides a prompt to guide you, but remember, this is your journey. There are no rules. Take what resonates and leave the rest. Whether you prefer pen and paper or a digital format, scripting, doodling, writing, the key is to engage and enjoy the process.

Hello and welcome beautiful Insight Timer community.

Today we're doing week eight of our year of journaling.

I love being able to track the weeks this way.

We're already eight weeks into the year and before we know it this year will be over and we'll have accomplished 52 weeks of journaling.

So most of you know me by now.

Eight is one of my favorite numbers for many reasons.

We'll start with you know the infinity symbol,

The most obvious one.

But just the significance of it in my life,

The way the number 108 kept showing up and the meaning behind that which I've gotten to a few times and if you want to know more about that there's also a link in my bio for that.

But anyway so we're on week eight.

I pulled out my cosmic journey oracle and randomly pulled a card and was thinking about the theme we've been working on,

A commitment to love.

So I pulled number 38 and it says you will only see the way by making the way.

That card spoke to me immediately.

For those of you who've been following John Ruge's commitment to love initiative you know that we are working collectively to spread good vibes and make positive changes because we definitely need that now more than ever.

So I really feel like this is such a huge message.

You will only see the way by making the way.

That's a message for all of us.

Anyway I opened up the book and I read what it had to say.

There are no more well-marked trails to travel anymore.

All institutions,

Organizations,

And establishments are in a state of creative destruction.

The safe route or the right way to build your life,

Your resume,

Your business is over and done.

If you've received this card it's time now for you to walk the pathless path leading with love.

Rejoice.

What a time and space to be alive.

Taking part in nudging forward the next era of evolving human consciousness.

You've volunteered to be a torch bearer.

Leaving guideposts for others as you move ahead with joy as your GPS.

What did I volunteer for down here in the service of evolving myself and the world?

Wow what a huge message.

What a huge prompt.

I've been thinking about this for months like what is my purpose here?

How can I serve?

And I love a couple of words mentioned here that jumped out at me.

Torch bearer was one because I really feel like all of us here on Inside Timer we are the light workers and we're here for a reason and I feel like we're really finding that reason more than ever now.

And the other thing that I loved was this question um well before the question was to move ahead with joy as your GPS.

Joy has been my word for this year and one of the things I always say is being on Inside Timer,

Being a teacher,

Doing what I do,

Interacting with all of you that brings me so much joy and that joy was also what led me to create Ask Your Guides where I collaborate with other teachers.

I introduce you to them myself sometimes and those interactions bring me a lot of joy.

So yeah I definitely hear a message here.

We're the torch bearers,

The light workers and we can move ahead and use joy as our GPS.

Clearly I had a lot to say about this entry.

I'm going to put some time on the clock so we can journal and we will listen to of course Blossom Violet's music in the background,

I'm definitely going to keep writing about it and I want to remind you the number was 38 on the card and 3 and 8 equals 11.

We love that angel number and what the card said I'm going to repeat it again because I want you to remember you will only see the way by making the way.
