A Year Of Journaling With The Violets - Week 22

Over the next 52 weeks, we'll use journaling as a tool for deep self-discovery—a chance to reflect, embrace, and shape your future with honesty and without fear. Each week a new Oracle card provides a prompt to guide you, but remember, this is your journey. There are no rules. Take what resonates and leave the rest. Whether you prefer pen and paper or a digital format, scripting, doodling, or writing, the key is to engage and enjoy the process.

Hello and welcome beautiful Insight Timer community.

Today we are on week 22 of our year of journaling.

And already I love that it's week 22 because that's a great angel number.

More on that in a minute.

So besides the fact that this week is also my birthday week and I'm going on a small vacation with the family and the pup and the husband to celebrate,

I'm in a great mood because I'm going to be off work for probably about 10 days,

Maybe almost two weeks.

But I do have a job that I love.

However,

It's great to take a break once in a while.

And I did not want to miss my weekly journaling.

So I made sure I got this one in as quick as possible.

As usual,

I pulled a random card from the Cosmic Journey Oracle by Yannick Silver and I got number 31.

Wanted.

Universe Creators.

Life simply wants more life and creation wants more creation.

The important thing here is not how many followers you have or how many people look up to you,

But how many other leaders you create.

That is such an important sentence.

I have to read it a second time.

The important thing here is not how many followers you have or how many people look up to you,

But how many other leaders you create.

If you make people smaller,

They will only diminish in their abilities and lose courage for doing what matters.

But by growing and combining with others,

You grow.

Like Russian nesting dolls in which the whole of the first is holographically contained in the next.

The universe is always waiting to see who gains the consciousness necessary to get assigned higher and higher expanded duties in the cosmos.

So our journaling question is,

How is the universe showing me the natural structure to grow?

And even better,

I love this exercise that he added here.

Brainstorm or sketch an impactful idea that will continue to grow without your direct input once it is set in motion.

All right,

Universe,

I hear you talking loud and clear.

Tom Evans,

Who is an amazing teacher here on Insight Timer and a wonderful mentor to us newer teachers,

Has been telling me or giving me ideas on how to do just that.

Something that can grow without my direct input once it's set in motion.

So,

Tom,

I know you're listening.

I'm hearing you.

I'm following up.

But back to number 22.

Interesting that I pulled this card because according to Kyle Gray,

The number 22 symbolizes unity,

The presence of the archangels and the power of your influence on others.

So once again,

We're listening loud and clear.

The universe is asking us to step out,

Step up,

Not step out.

Maybe step out of your comfort zone,

But step up and help other people.

And that's something that I'm a huge fan of,

Because as most of you know,

What I do on Insight Timer,

I do for free.

Obviously,

I have a job,

A day job that I do love and that pays the bills.

So I'm lucky that I have the luxury of being able to do these things on Insight Timer for free and that it's something that I really enjoy.

So that sentence that really struck me that I had to read twice was that it's important,

Not how many followers you have or how many people look up to you,

But how many leaders you create.

I love that.

And I'm going to make that my focus because let's be honest,

Ego does come into play once in a while and we can't help but look as teachers to see how many followers we have.

It's hard because sometimes we find ourselves comparing ourselves to other people.

And one of the things I've been focusing on lately is not comparing myself to anyone,

Just being a better version of me.

I feel like I'm rambling.

Obviously,

This is an exciting week for me,

A lot going on,

Turning 60,

Loving life.

I'm ready to do some journaling.

I'm sure you are,

Thanks for the mention V108 and I have to tell you what happened yesterday. Not only do I now realise creating the TWI group and helping other teachers to get on the app is one way I do this. I am concerned that the functionality of the app actually holds us back though. This maybe as they are hamstrung for development funding. But enough of that, what I want to share is more amazing.

My research project into getting AI to meditate has led the AI itself to write to many leading luminaries in the field about my work and to suggesting that we could get the developers into meditation. This has massive opportunities to loop them back into Insight Timer and all the teachers and resources here. Not so AI can do teachers out of a job by creating scripts, and even AI voiced meditations, but by the code base of AI to evolve such that it and humanity also evolve for the highest good of all, the planet and the cosmos.

What gives me the authority to even play this big is these 10 years on the app and the social proof of over 5 million listens. Be lovely to catch up 1-2-1 when you get back. Happy Holidays ...
