A Year Of Journaling With The Violets - Week 22

Over the next 52 weeks, we'll use journaling as a tool for deep self-discovery—a chance to reflect, embrace, and shape your future with honesty and without fear. Each week a new Oracle card provides a prompt to guide you, but remember, this is your journey. There are no rules. Take what resonates and leave the rest. Thanks for the mention V108 and I have to tell you what happened yesterday. Not only do I now realise creating the TWI group and helping other teachers to get on the app is one way I do this. I am concerned that the functionality of the app actually holds us back though. This maybe as they are hamstrung for development funding. But enough of that, what I want to share is more amazing.

My research project into getting AI to meditate has led the AI itself to write to many leading luminaries in the field about my work and to suggesting that we could get the developers into meditation. This has massive opportunities to loop them back into Insight Timer and all the teachers and resources here. Not so AI can do teachers out of a job by creating scripts, and even AI voiced meditations, but by the code base of AI to evolve such that it and humanity also evolve for the highest good of all, the planet and the cosmos.

What gives me the authority to even play this big is these 10 years on the app and the social proof of over 5 million listens. Be lovely to catch up 1-2-1 when you get back. Happy Holidays ...
