A Year Of Journaling With The Violets - Week 20

Over the next 52 weeks, we'll use journaling as a tool for deep self-discovery—a chance to reflect, embrace, and shape your future with honesty and without fear. Hello and welcome beautiful Insight Timer community.

This week we are on week 20 of our year of journaling.

And as always,

I went to our Cosmic Journey Oracle by Yannick Silver and pulled a random card.

I got number 24.

Synchronicity is a love letter from the universe across time and space.

And this is what he says about this card.

Ahoy!

There's magic afoot.

This card asks you to make magic by looking at everything anew,

From the understanding of the language of signs,

Symbols,

And synchronicities.

The question or issue at hand is not simply black or white.

You're called now to look with new eyes,

Hear with new ears,

And feel in new ways.

A song might not just be a song.

There is magic in the right lyric at the right time talking to you.

A piece of artwork that catches your eye at the right moment could be the answer you seek.

A tidbit of a conversation you overhear could contain the exact message you need at this time.

An animal that crosses your path in an auspicious way may have a symbolic meaning meant exactly for you at this moment.

There is an interconnected entanglement in our world that's not simply cause and effect,

And you cannot make sense of it with your rational brain.

Okay,

Well,

Right there,

I love that because my rational brain is always trying to make sense of everything.

And I think the more time I spend on Insight Timer,

The more I realize that I can let that go.

I can stop trying to rationalize the amazing things that happen in my life.

They are what they are,

And I welcome them,

And I love them.

Really love this card.

I'm approaching a significant birthday at the end of the month,

And I have been thinking about so many things lately,

And this gives me a lot to write about.

The question that he poses,

What past seeming coincidences can I look back on and make magic with a different perspective?

I love that question.

I feel like so many things in my life are magical.

And let's do some journaling.

I definitely did.

In fact,

I am going to continue journaling later today because I had a lot to think about As I said,

I'm approaching a major birthday,

Which I'm very excited about,

And I feel like I'm at a really good place in my life.

I'm full of so much gratitude for the people that I've met,

The places I've been,

The things I've done,

My job.

The list is endless.

You know,

I've married a second time now,

Hmm,

I forget how many years,

13.

He knows better than I do.

Very grateful for his presence in my life,

The beautiful house that we live in,

And I do believe that a lot of what has happened to me has been magical,

And for many years I tried to rationalize coincidence,

But I know it's magic,

And I'm sure that you have a lot of those moments,

And I hope to hear from you what they are,

And as always,

Well what beautiful music 1st of all … 2nd, wishing you the best ever next orbit of the Sun … 3rd, it was such a joy to look back at how the tapestry of my life has been woven … the threads are golden and beautifully weft. I did notice though that our two threads have interwoven already with meditations in Spanglish but the Scriptorium is still hanging out there … I happy though that the timing is probably 2026 though (I have a magnum opus to complete after all)
