Over the next 52 weeks, we'll use journaling as a tool for deep self-discovery—a chance to reflect, embrace, and shape your future with honesty and without fear. Each week a new Oracle card provides a prompt to guide you, but remember, this is your journey. There are no rules. Take what resonates and leave the rest. Whether you prefer pen and paper or a digital format, scripting, doodling, or writing, the key is to engage and enjoy the process. We'll be using Yanik Silver's "The Cosmic Journey Oracle." This week's card: #1 "3...2...1...Jump"! Background music by my friend, the incredible Blossom Violet was recorded LIVE on January 7, 2025. Be sure to follow her for more beautiful piano tracks! I've also included her music in my journaling playlists, which you can find here on my teacher's profile, at the bottom of the "Home" tab.

Hello and welcome beautiful Insight Timer community.

Today we are on week 11 of our year of journaling.

So as always,

I have pulled a random card from the Cosmic Journey Oracle by Anik Silver and today I got card number one and it says three,

Two,

One,

Jump.

So I love this card.

It was an interesting picture of a little heart walking down a path.

Opened up the book and decided to see what this card was about and it says,

How many times have you been just at the edge but then turned around?

Have you ever been in a situation similar to the one you are faced with now?

Perhaps it seems scary only because you think you don't have a net.

Do you believe your wings will appear when you leap?

If only you knew then what you know now.

You have so many unseen cheerleaders rooting for you.

The countdown is on.

Three,

Two,

One,

Jump.

So this is an interesting one for me because I am one of those people that likes to jump.

I hear a lot of people say they don't like change.

I for one do.

I do like change.

I've made a lot of major changes in my life throughout the years and they've always led me to something better.

So I'm gonna have to think really hard about this question and the question for your journal is,

What am I standing on the precipice of?

What will it take for me to finally jump?

And then there's a suggestion here that I really like.

Place at least one immovable date on the calendar that will force you to move forward.

So I'm liking that prompt because there's a couple of projects that I have been putting off and I think putting a date on a calendar is a great idea.

It's a great motivator.

All right my friends,

Let's listen to some of Blossom Violet's beautiful piano music and let's do some journaling.

All right friends,

I hope you had a lot to write about and I'm curious to know if any of you have something that you need to take a big leap on.

If you do,

Please share it with me.

I thought this was a good question and again it was a tough one for me because I am the type of person who likes to kind of jump into things and figure it out later and honestly that has worked really well for me in my life.

So I am not resistant to jumping.

However,

As I was journaling and thinking there are a couple of projects that I kind of need to get moving on and one of them involves reorganizing the house I live in.

I've been here for 10 years.

It's a beautiful spot in the woods,

Very peaceful,

Kind of off the beaten path so people don't drop by unexpectedly and I honestly I like it that way.

I've been pretty open about the fact that I'm a bit of an introvert so I enjoy my peaceful days working remotely here in the woods with my pup during the day and my husband who comes home at night from his job.

So yeah,

Getting organized in the house has not really been a priority for me probably because I don't have a lot of company so I don't really worry about what the house looks like which is not to say it's in a huge disarray.

It's just I've got closets filled with things that I've been saying I need to donate because I don't use them and I think one of the things I'm going to do is put a date on my calendar to have some donations picked up which will force me to get into those closets and get those things moving.

Anyway my friends,

I hope that journaling prompt was helpful for you.

As always,

I love hearing your feedback and your comments and let's meet back here next week for week 12 of our year of journaling.

Until then,

I hope you're having an amazing day,

An amazing week and keep shining bright.

It never ceases to amaze me how in sync these journalling prompts are with my current thinking. I decided yesterday not to delay the launch of my Inner Sanctum for The Adytum. My top end spiritual training that I have sat on for 15 years (and 15 life times). And also that although much of it is in audio, as the teaching is about our multi-dimensionality to create it all as videos - with 3D animation - only decided on this morning’s dog walk. This indeed is a Big Leap for me and the biggest I have taken ... no stepping back or crossing the canyon in two leaps 😉 and all the best with the house re-organisation 🏠
