There is a lot of power in a positive mindset.

You attract better things,

You attract better people and ultimately have a great life.

And if there are tiny changes in your everyday habits you can make to be that positive person,

Why not try it out?

So let's jump right in and talk about these.

In my observation,

In my study and research,

These are three things that are remarkable game changers.

Number one being gratitude,

Number two being a grounding practice and number three being surrounding yourself with positive people,

Books or podcasts.

Now let's talk a little bit more about each of them.

Gratitude,

When you have a mindset of being grateful in whatever you have,

You are bound to attract more things that you are grateful for.

All of us have heard this before but how many of us actually practice this?

Someone can be sad living in a six-bedroom villa whilst another person can be happy in a one-bedroom flat.

So basically it comes down to the outlook and mindset towards life.

Studies invariably show that being in nature and being in gratitude can enhance your happiness levels to a great degree.

Spend some time every day thinking about the things that you're really grateful for.

They could be big things like your career,

Your family,

Your friends or small things like a warm cup of coffee.

Just remembering these things or writing them down can be a very good habit to ultimately make you that happy person that you always wanted to be.

The second one is meditation,

Journaling,

Mindful walking or having a grounding practice.

Having a practice that brings you to an equilibrium state,

Grounds you when there is an ecstatic happiness and neutralizes you when there is sadness.

So you're not in any one of the extremes.

You're not in your happy high and you're not in your low lows.

This equilibrium state,

Some people also call it as equanimity or being detached from ultra happiness or ultra sadness.

Meditation,

Mindful walking or just journaling down your thoughts brings you to that centered state.

One of the most fun activities I have personally experienced is mindful eating,

Being fully present with your food and taking the time to relax and enjoy your food.

The best thing to do these practices is not when you are in a state of chaos or a state of emergency,

But as an everyday routine so that you can prevent episodes rather than having a damage control.

Surrounding yourself with positive people,

Books or podcasts.

Now,

The third way to keep your vibes upwards is through your tribe.

Look for people who uplift you,

Motivate you and support you.

When you're having a dull day,

Who is that someone you can call that will instantly boost your mood just by their presence?

And would you want to be that person for your best friends?

So create a close knit circle who you can depend on and they can depend on you.

Not everyone thrives around people and therefore an alternate source is listening to podcasts or reading books about people who instantly give you that positive outlook towards life.

Another option is to look for the feel good movies and books that really inspire you and get you in that great mood.

So I hope these three tips really helped you to have a more positive outlook towards life and hope you can bring a little more positivity and a little more upliftment in your life.

Thanks for listening.

Have a great week.
