Good morning.

Welcome to another day.

This is an opportunity to start all over again.

For this meditation,

It is best to be sitting down with your hands on your knees,

Palms open,

Or gently place your hands on your lap.

Make a few adjustments.

Wriggle your toes,

Your fingers,

And try and come to a posture that is comfortable and alert.

Now,

If it's in your practice,

You can gently close your eyes.

Take a deep inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

Feel this new air with new hope filling your lungs,

Your body.

Take another deep inhale and exhale through your mouth.

And now gently return to your normal breath.

Simply observe your breath.

No need to control it,

Just simply be.

Today is the start of a new day,

A great day,

An energized day.

Today is the day where you start taking control of your life,

One tiny step at a time.

And now we gently go through some creative inquiries that will set us up for a wonderful day.

Inhale and exhale and let the answers simply come to you.

What are my top priorities for the day?

What is the most important thing that I need to get done today?

And now,

Gently visualize your day and see what are some things that can throw you off balance.

How can you mentally prepare to handle it?

How can you?

Now,

The gate,

Your day is smoothly.

This gets you prepared and not surprised just in case you're in a spot.

And now,

Moving on to the next question.

If I was my own mentor,

What would I tell myself?

One idea,

One reminder or one change in mindset to elevate my life,

What would it be?

At the end of the day,

When I go to bed,

How would I want to feel?

Just one word or a sentence that will make you feel that you had a great day.

And be in that warm,

Fuzzy feeling with love and compassion.

Take your last deep breath as you put it all away and completely get charged for the wonderful day ahead.

If journaling is in your practice,

Please go ahead and get a few pointers in that came up in your meditation.

It serves as a gentle reminder whenever you need it.
