Welcome to your quick fix meditation.
Take a comfortable seated posture and close your eyes if it's in your practice.
Arms of your hand are either going to be facing towards the sky or in any mudra of your choice.
Bring all your awareness to your body.
Feel the physical form.
With each exhalation let the heaviness slowly disappear into the mat or the chair or the place you are seated in.
Relax only your muscles.
Bring your awareness to your breath,
Your life force,
The energy of your being and as you exhale let all the tension and stress melt away from your body.
Let this moment be a reminder that no matter how chaotic and difficult the situation is,
No matter how complicated things are,
You are in control of your own inner peace,
Your happiness.
When you close your eyes there is that space of calm and love you can always return to.
It's always within you and with each inhalation visualise a radiant light entering your body,
The energy of positivity and inspiration,
The aura of motivation,
Compassion and universal love.
With each inhalation visualise and feel all these beautiful qualities entering your body and mind.
You are wonderful,
You are magnificent,
You are worthy.
Visualise it and manifest it into your reality.
