Welcome to your meditation of raising your vibration.
Take a moment to get comfortable.
Find a seated posture and gently close your eyes.
Let all the tension and stress melt away into the earth.
Let all the heaviness and restlessness melt away into the earth.
Allow yourself to be aware of your breathing and go inward with every breath.
Let the mind settle down and go within that space of all answers,
That space of alertness and calm.
Our practice today is to connect to that space on a deeper level,
That intuition,
That guidance and that perseverance,
Which keeps us going against all odds,
Which keeps us pushing forward when chips are stacked against us.
And as you go on with your life,
Whether it is achieving a goal,
Learning a new habit or simply going deeper into your practice,
There will be external people and situations that will demotivate you,
Not believe in you or even go against you.
There could also be internal obstacles like self-doubt and self-blame that might try to dim your fighting spirit.
In these moments,
Always remember you are greater than this.
You are far more resilient and creative than the external obstacles.
You are far more powerful than the internal obstacles.
You are a gift to this world just by being you.
You are here to share your unique gifts with the world.
You are meant to shine brighter every step of the way,
Connect with that inner light,
With that inner love.
You are magnificent,
You are powerful,
That inner potential that is here for you to spread your wings and be all you wanted is at your disposal whenever you wish to use it.
Breathe in and breathe out and go deeper within yourself and connect with this magnificent,
Beautiful energy,
The magical power that you hold within.
Just melt into the stillness and connect with your deeper self.
And as you cherish this stillness,
This connection with your inner being,
