Welcome to this one minute meditation to relax and rejuvenate your face.
Taking a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down,
And gently close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through the nose,
And slowly exhale through your mouth,
Releasing any tension you might be holding in your face.
Now bringing your awareness to your forehead,
Feeling the muscles there,
And consciously releasing any furrows or creases.
Let go of any worries or stress that might be lingering in this area.
Imagine a sense of calmness washing over your forehead,
Smoothing out any lines and leaving behind a feeling of relaxation.
Shift your focus to your eyes,
Allow your eyelids to become heavy and soft.
Relax the muscles around your eyes and let go of any tightness or strain.
Imagine your eyes surrounded by a soothing warmth,
As if they're bathed in gentle sunlight.
Move your awareness to your cheeks and jaw.
Allow your cheeks to soften and your jaw to unclench.
Release any tension that you might be holding in these areas.
Feel the warmth and relaxation spreading through your cheeks and your jaw,
Melting away any tightness or discomfort.
Now bringing your attention to your lips,
Allow your lips to part slightly,
Releasing any tightness.
Feel a sense of ease and serenity washing over your lips,
Allowing them to rest in a gentle,
Natural position.
And finally bringing your awareness to your entire face.
Feel a wave of relaxation flowing through your facial muscles,
Soothing and rejuvenating every part.
Picture your face glowing with tranquility and a radiant sense of peace.
Take one more deep breath in,
And as you exhale slowly open your eyes,
And carry this sense of relaxation and serenity with you throughout your day.
And remember whenever you need a moment of calm,
You can return to this meditation to relax and rejuvenate your face.
